Companies' operating environment has experienced a profound change since 1990s. Specifically, under the great influence of economic globalization, networking trend, intensified competition, industry boundary mergence and alternation, accelerating transformation of information technology and culture, regulation, market, variety of customers' needs, companies are entering a period of dynamic competition, which made the traditional static management theory seem quite incapable when explaining the competition capability. Therefore, the theory of business ecology system and company dynamic capability emerged as demanded.As the sunrise industry, financial circles' development has clearly reflected the features of dynamic competition period. In 2004, Mr. Zhou Xiaochuan, president of People's Bank of China, proposed the concept of Financial Ecology, leading to a great trend of research on it. Either the fierce competition or ever-changing financial ecology has higher requirement for the capability of financial companies.This paper argues logically from macroscopic to microscopic view, gets to the root of general business ecology system and discusses financial ecology system of specific industry by building the mode of financial ecology system, chooses the company in financial ecology system as the subject while studying on dynamic capability, focuses the dynamic competition and combines the financial system and dynamic capability to propose the basic steps building financial companies' dynamic capability.The fist chapter introduced the background and significance of this research and defines research object .The second chapter categorizes and reviews relative research after a long time of reading and collecting. The third chapter innovatively analyzes the features of financial ecology system in China from the management point and builds up the general modes. The fourth chapter puts the dynamic capability into the ecology system (business and finance), defining the combination and discuss the relationship between dynamic capability and company's growth. The fifth chapter uses PDCA to discuss the strategies of developing dynamic capability in financial ecology system and takes China Minsheng Bank as an example.
