In recent decades,China’s insurance industry has experienced astonishing growth.In order to further develop,insurance companies need a continuous supply of talent and intellectual support.At present,the turnover rate of employees in the insurance industry is very high,and employee turnover will bring huge losses to the enterprise.Therefore,to effectively promote the development of enterprises,it is necessary to build excellent teams and reduce the turnover rate of outstanding talents.Therefore,research on the issue of employee turnover in insurance companies is particularly important.This study takes JL Branch of Insurance Company A as an example,combined with a large number of literature design interview surveys,determines the design scheme of the questionnaire survey through the interview survey,designs the score for the items in the questionnaire survey,quantifies the indicators,and analyzes the differences of the indicators,so as to obtain the factors affecting employee departure.Based on the interviews of departing employees,it is found from a qualitative perspective that the main reasons affecting employee turnover are the following four aspects: salary level,performance appraisal,interpersonal relationships and development prospects.Based on the quantitative analysis of questionnaire survey,it is found that employees’ satisfaction with salary income,salary adjustment,colleague relationship with the company,and positive guidance of employees varies between different genders.Employees’ satisfaction with salary income,year-end bonus distribution,colleague relations,overall company feelings,adequacy of training opportunities,and active guidance of employees varies between different positions.This paper uses scientific human resource management theory and analysis methods to determine the main reasons for the loss of employees in insurance companies,and puts forward corresponding decisions: insurance companies should improve the salary system,cultivate employees’ sense of belonging,improve the training system,seize policy opportunities,and improve promotion channels,so as to reduce employee turnover.
