Human resources are the core competitiveness of any enterprise,which plays the key role empowering the exist and development.In recent years,with the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry,the employee turnover rate of H pharmaceutical company has been increasing year by year,which seriously hinders the company’s operational efficiency,improves the cost of human resource management,and reduces the stability of personnel.In the long term,it will have a negative impact on the normal production and operation of the company.In this paper,by researching in literatures and questionnaires,we analyze the current situation of employee turnover and human resources in H pharmaceutical company.Firstly,by analyzing the internal human resources data of H pharmaceutical company,we clarify the structure of human resources in the company,and the current situation of the loss staff.Secondly,in order to analyze the deep reasons for the high turnover rate of H pharmaceutical company,based on the theory of Price-Mueller model,job satisfaction and other theories,combined with telephone interviews,a questionnaire was designed,which included 18 dimensions,such as opportunity,relatives of the responsibility,general training and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.After qualified,all the employees of the company were investigated.The result shows that the salary and welfare,career development,performance incentives and working environment are the 4 main reason for departure.At the same time,the consequences brought by frequent employee turnover to H pharmaceutical company are analyzed.Finally,combine the reason for departures with theory of job matching and theory of Cook curve,aiming at the current status of human resources,we bring out a resolution for increasing the satisfaction of staff,and decreasing the departure ratio,which is based on creating the comprehensive salary and welfare system,enhancing the further development training,establishing the effective performance incentives regulations and improving the working environment.The research can not only resolve the H pharmaceutical company issue,but also be a reference for other company.As this research was only done in H pharmaceutical company,which might not have the representative for all similar companies in the same situation,especially in doing the survey and analyzation.In the future research,we need to involve more information of employee turnover,and get the deeper factors that might lead to the departure.
