The flow of the staff is the precondition for the healthy development of enterprises,ensure enterprise personnel in and out of channels,strategy for the enterprise to carry out the new intellectual power supply.And similar to employee turnover,staff turnover in reveal the talent flow direction at the same time also suggests that the loss of core talents.Differences in employee turnover this ideal type,staff turnover more involved talent initiative to withdraw from the enterprise organization.Staffs loss is a kind of universal phenomenon of human resources management,but for the insurance industry,the universality is a layer of more serious situation,it is estimated domestic insurance agent turnover rate is as high as 70%.The insurance industry into the end of large amount of population,the versa.Inevitably there are internal cause behind high turnover rate,staff turnover for the insurance industry to explore the internal cause,staffs loss influencing factors and improvement direction to reduce staff turnover,promote healthy development of insurance industry.A insurance company is A domestic famous enterprises,its life insurance and the insurance market share to occupy absolute advantage.Company is the same as the industry,are facing the disadvantage of staff turnover.This paper revolves around A insurance company,the integrated use of case analysis,literature analysis and mathematical analysis methods,such as specific analysis of the cost of their employees,this phenomenon mainly explore the loss of status quo,problems and its influencing factors,further refined to improve the countermeasures of the problem.Combining with the study the following conclusions:first,A insurance company staff turnover presents the jobs differentiation degree,low phase,the length of service age and gender imbalance and other characteristics;Secondly,A insurance company staff turnover affect employees work attitude and behavior,lead to the loss of the leakage of core technology and experience,increase the cost of enterprise human resources investment,potentially leaving tendency,destroy the company's positive image;Thirdly,A insurance company staff turnover factors including individual,enterprise groups and the industry development of the three major indexes,including staff turnover biggest influence enterprise organization;Fourth,the management of A insurance company staff turnover problems need to adhere to the inside and outside and cure,material rewards and spirit to encourage sharing ideas such as harmony,system and strategy,to improve the strategy of choose and employ persons,promote the development of in-service;Improve the compensation system and the performance appraisal and management system;Shaping the enterprise culture,promote enterprise development;Respect for employees,improve employees sense of belonging.
