| Intelligent manufacturing capability maturity evaluation is of great significance to enterprises.Through the evaluation of enterprise manufacturing capability,the status quo and existing problems of enterprises in manufacturing process,technology application,equipment and facilities,personnel quality and other aspects can be fully understood,so as to provide enterprises with targeted improvement suggestions and programs.This can not only help enterprises improve production efficiency and quality,but also enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to achieve sustainable development.As an important means of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,intelligent manufacturing enterprises have long realized the value of intelligent manufacturing technology application and have a strong will to plan and implement it.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the maturity model of enterprise intelligent manufacturing capability,evaluate the maturity of enterprise intelligent manufacturing capability,and find out the shortcomings and deficiencies of enterprise intelligent manufacturing,so as to provide a basis for enterprises to develop intelligent manufacturing improvement strategy scientifically.GB/T 39117-2020 "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Evaluation Method" for intelligent manufacturing evaluation method system construction is clear,and scholars in the study also used a combination of a variety of methods.Through the study of scholars,it can be found that in the assessment of intelligent manufacturing capability maturity,it is necessary to demonstrate the establishment of models,the selection of evaluation domain and weight classification,so as to provide more schemes for the assessment of intelligent manufacturing enterprise capability.In this study,referring to White Paper 1.0 of Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model,China Mechanical Engineering Technology Roadmap and National Intelligent Manufacturing Standard System Construction Guide(2021),Combined with GB/T39117-2020 "Intelligent manufacturing capability Maturity Evaluation Method" and Chen Guohua’s "Industrial robots and Intelligent Manufacturing" on the industrial robot enterprise intelligent manufacturing maturity analysis,the construction of sub-five levels of index system,the construction of fuzzy analysis model.Five first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators were selected,and the key characteristics of each second-level indicator were described,and the evaluation index of intelligent manufacturing capability maturity model was constructed.According to the established intelligent manufacturing maturity evaluation index system,evaluation standard and maturity level of a specific type of manufacturing enterprise,a model convenient for evaluation is established.At the same time,the application of intelligent manufacturing capability maturity evaluation model is discussed,such as diagnostic evaluation and improvement of the application process.Through an empirical case,the maturity analysis of intelligent manufacturing capability of A industrial robot enterprise is found that the delivery capability,cost control capability,intelligent operation capability,intelligent quality control capability and intelligent flexibility of A robot enterprise are evaluated,and the maturity evaluation result of intelligent manufacturing of A enterprise is "medium".It indicates that the intelligent manufacturing level of the enterprise is still improved to a large extent.The results obtained by Delphi method and fuzzy analysis method are consistent with the actual situation of enterprises.The enterprise’s intelligent system optimization level,the enterprise’s personnel security ability and the cooperation between the upstream and downstream chains are not close.Based on this,enterprises need to make efforts in these aspects,and constantly improve the degree of enterprise intelligence. |
