Research On Evaluation And Promotion Of Intelligent Manufacturing Capability In Z Petrochemical Company

The manufacturing industry is the pillar of the national economy,and the refining and chemical industry,as the most important component of the manufacturing industry,is the pillar industry for social development and an important cornerstone of the real economy.With the integration and development of new technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence with the manufacturing industry,intelligent manufacturing has become the core content of the current era.At present,many companies are not clear about the level of their own smart manufacturing capabilities,how to conduct self-assessment and diagnosis,how to implement smart manufacturing in a targeted manner,and face challenges such as unclear transformation and upgrade paths.This situation has greatly affected the development of smart manufacturing.Effective landing.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the evaluation of intelligent manufacturing capability in the refining and chemical industry.The evaluation of intelligent manufacturing capabilities points out the direction for the development of intelligent manufacturing for enterprises,enabling enterprises to find their own development paths and models based on their own characteristics and needs.Starting from the evaluation objective of intelligent manufacturing capability,this thesis takes Z Petrochemical Company as the research object,and based on related theories such as intelligent manufacturing and capability maturity model,proposes an evaluation model and method for Z Petrochemical Company,and provides reference suggestions for the improvement of enterprise capabilities.First,according to previous studies,clarify the concept and connotation of intelligent manufacturing capabilities of refining and chemical companies,and lay the theoretical foundation for this study;secondly,introduce the current status of intelligent manufacturing construction of Z Petrochemical Company,from the perspective of intelligent manufacturing system and personnel,technology,resources,Analyze the existing problems in the four aspects of manufacturing capabilities;then build an enterprise evaluation index system based on the maturity model,combine the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score the Z company and analyze the results;Finally,based on the evaluation results and analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to improve their intelligent manufacturing capabilities are put forward,which have certain reference value for related enterprises.
