Research On The Evaluation Of H Company’s Technological Innovation Capability

Scientific and technological innovation is the embodiment of a country’s ability to innovate,and it is also an important factor in the country’s ability to compete on a global scale.Scientific and technological innovation is not only reflected in the innovation of universities and research institutes,but is also dependent on the continuous innovation of businesses.Only continuous technological advancement and innovation can ensure long-term growth.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stated that comprehensively strengthening technological innovation and constantly stimulating creativity will create a new era development pattern,so enterprises must strengthen technological innovation.H Company has become a high-tech enterprise with technological innovation at its core,thanks to its efficient technology,perfect service experience,and excellent brand image.Its products include: manufacturing and sales,installation and maintenance of civil air defense engineering protective equipment and protective ventilation equipment,and it can provide customers with high-quality services and excellent solutions.Furthermore,H company uses cutting-edge technology,such as a quality traceability monitoring system for two-dimensional code chips,to ensure the reliability of its products and better meet the needs of customers.The research object in this paper is H company.Following the previous field investigation and interview,the overall situation of H company is thoroughly controlled,the evaluation index is determined,the weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process,data is collected by questionnaire survey,and the scores of the entire enterprise and each index are determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The calculation results in the conclusion that H company’s level of technological innovation ability is in the middle level,and the scores of the first-level index and the second-level index are calculated accordingly.The shortcomings of H company’s technological innovation ability are thoroughly examined,and pertinent suggestions are made to assist H company in improving its technological innovation ability and increasing its competitiveness.
