Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Capability Of Independent Innovation Of The Enterprises Of Chongqing Municipality

In the economic, scientific and technological globalization of the new situation, the independent innovation ability of enterprise has become the decisive factors for business,industry,regional and national competitiveness."National scientific and technological development and long-term planning framework (2006 -2020)" pointed out the need of improve the capability of independent innovation considers as a national strategy to implement the various aspects of modernization, implement various industries, sectors and regions , improve the national competitiveness , and efforts to build China into international influence with an innovative country.Therefore, the capability of independent innovation enterprises become the focus of the study on academia and industry .In this paper ,first of all,the meaning of the capability of independent innovation of enterprises sorted out , and further enriched the connotation of the capability of independent innovation of enterprises——three ways to explain the independent innovation capacity of enterprises. To explore the status of the capability of independent innovation of enterprises in Chong qing,and the based on authoritative experts from the research results, the capability of independent innovation of enterprises of the evaluation system is formed and to determine the weight indicator , system designed mainly from four aspects—Input of resources, R & D capacity and innovative output capabilities and ability to management innovate; Then ,we make a comprehensive ranking of the capacity of independent innovation for all districts and counties of Chongqing Municipality.we found that the distract take on good capability of independent innovation of enterprises in all aspects. And found that it correspond with the design of the indicator system and the reality of the situation .Through correlation analysis ,we found the mainly influent factors of the capability of independent innovation of enterprises . And Found R & D capacity and innovative output capabilities are main factors, but we also found a better R & D capabilities and innovative output capabilities depended on a good environment—resource inputs and ability to management innovate. Finally, we put forward the case for their corresponding countermeasures proposed.
