| At present, the importance of technological innovation obtains more attention gradually. Realizing that the technological innovation is the engine of economy continuing development, our country is founding vigorously the innovation society. The enterprises also notice that if they want to enhance the product's competitiveness, improving the technological innovation ability is the right way. But, along with high income brought by technological innovation, high risk also is coming. Specially, most enterprises lack the risk consciousness and the anti-risk ability. So it has special significance to enhance the enterprise's ability of dealing with the technological innovation risk.The biggest problem in the evaluating the technological innovation risk is appraising risk size. Ambiguity of risk itself and people's cognition causes more difficulties risk evaluation of technology innovation. So research on the evaluation of risk of enterprises technological innovation has been discussed .qualitatively for long time. This problem can be solved by using fuzzy mathematics theory. The theory can research and deal with the fuzzy phenomenon. And its application can advance the risk evaluation from qualitatively to quantitatively.In this paper, relevant treatises are summarized and analyzed. The source and factor of technological innovation risk are analyzed by researching the process of technological innovation. Then based on the fuzzy mathematics theory, the Risk Evaluation Model for Enterprise Technology Innovation is established. In the end of this paper, some preventive measures are brought forward. The central innovation of this paper is: the factors of risk are analyzed by researching the process of technological innovation in an enterprise perspective; triangle fuzzy number is introduced to simplify experts'evaluation and treatment; the eigenvalue method on group decision is also used to reduce the influence of subjective of factors as much as possible. |
