Enterprises' Technological Innovation Ability Evaluation Methods

With respect to the comprehensive capacity evaluation of enterprise technology innovation an overall study has been made by several methods of comprehensive capacity evaluation, including weigh and combined assessment, based on the different theories and principles of the capacity evaluation according to the characteristics of the analysis data and the objective law for the activities of enterprise technology innovation in China, and drawing on the rich experience from the capacity evaluation of science and technology. Moreover, the evaluation of repeatedly multiplication sum and arithmetic average were first applied to the study on the capacity evaluation of enterprise technology innovation. The index system of comprehensive capacity evaluation about enterprise technology innovation was established. A suitable weighing method for evaluation index of enterprise technology innovation was selected and five methods of comprehensive capacity evaluation were screened out, moreover, for the first time a combined capacity evaluation of enterprise technology innovation was selected, even for the others.The technology innovation capacity of 16 enterprises was studied and the major factors for influencing the technological innovation capacity were explored, and also suggestion was made to the government department in the study, including urging enterprise to be the principal part in the process of technology innovation, deepening the reform of technological system, ameliorating the social service system, improving the stuff of the participant of innovation projects, strengthening the protection and management on Intellectual Property and perfecting the statistics of enterprise technological innovation.The characteristics of the study as follows:1.The methods of comprehensive and combined capacity evaluation were first applied to the study on the capacity evaluation of enterprise technology innovation and a satisfactory result was produced. As showedin the study, the method of combined evaluation of repeatedly multiplication sum is the preferred method for the combined capability evaluation of enterprise technological innovation.2.The better methods suitable for the comprehensive and combined capacity evaluation of enterprise technology innovation were first provided for the different regions and industries.3.The study served the government department in the decision making immediately.In brief, the study is possessed of better theoretical sense, and greater practical value as well.
