With the rapid development of society,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Creating the core competitiveness of enterprises has become a key factor affecting the sustainable development of enterprises.Human resources are an important factor reflecting the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the development of knowledge economy,enterprises and employees are in the process of continuous learning and innovation.Based on this,effective training is very important.Training demand analysis is the first step of training activities.It plays a basic and guiding role in training.It directly determines the success or failure of training.Combined with the combing of training demand literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the relevant concepts of training demand analysis.On this basis,taking X company as a case,this paper expounds the current situation of training demand of X company in detail,including the general situation,strategic objectives,training status and staff training demand analysis status of X company.Then,the data analysis method and questionnaire method are used to analyze the current situation of X company’s employee training demand and the problems of training demand management,and find out its shortcomings.Through the difference analysis between X company’s employee training demand and X company’s employee training demand,it is concluded that X company’s employee training demand has problems in organization management,task management,personal management and training demand.In view of the above problems,combined with Goldstein model,this paper puts forward targeted optimization schemes: at the organizational level,improve the supporting facilities of the company’s relevant organizational work and software and hardware equipment,set up training courses according to the enterprise’s strategic objectives,and organize training courses according to the needs of key businesses;At the task level,improve the training matching degree in combination with the post,and pay attention to the training of post skills;At the individual level,pay attention to the personal training needs based on digital evaluation,coordinate training and employees’ personal development,and optimize the training needs analysis from the perspective of organization.Through the above analysis,it aims to improve the training management ability of X company. |
