Under the present fierce market competition condition,the enterprise must have the high quality talented person to do the support if wants to obtain the considerable development.As an important part of enterprise human resource management,the establishment of scientific and effective staff training system will help to improve the staff’s knowledge level,enhance the ability of innovation,and stimulate the staff’s sense of work achievement,so as to enhance the overall quality of the staff,promote the overall strength of the enterprise to enhance.Based on the theoretical study of the domestic and foreign employee training systems,this thesis takes HS Company in Handan as the research object,and adopts the method of combining questionnaire survey with individual interview,carry out investigation and research on its staff training system.Mainly from the training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training organization and implementation and training effect evaluation of the four links to analyze the current situation of HS staff training system,this thesis points out the concrete problems and reasons existing in the staff training system,and combined with the theory of modern staff training system,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the staff training system of HS Company.Through the investigation of the satisfaction of the training system of HS Company,we find that the level of the satisfaction of the training system is in the middle,and the satisfaction of the analysis of the training demand and the evaluation of the training effect is the lowest.Based on the results of the investigation,it is found that the analysis of training needs is not accurate enough,the formulation of training plans is not perfect,the organization and implementation of training are not enough,and the evaluation of training effects has a tendency of formalization,in the light of its existing problems,this thesis finds out four root causes of the problems,namely,the incomplete organizational structure of the company,the weakening of the attention to the training,the insufficient ability of the training managers themselves and the gaps in the training system,and from the staff training needs analysis and investigation,detailed training plan of the links,strengthen the organization and implementation of training plans,the construction of an effective training effect evaluation system four aspects of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote enterprises in the environment of fierce competition better survival and development,and constantly improve the staff training system.
