Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Agricultural Surplus Labor Transfer In Wafangdian Cit

China’s urbanization has accelerated in recent years.By the end of 2021,the urbanization rate of permanent residents will have reached 64.72%.Among them,the migration of rural population to cities is the core of urbanization.To realize the transfer of agricultural surplus labor force is a key step to break the migration of rural population to the city.The reasons for rural migration to cities are many,including the attraction of urban economy,the pressure of rural economic situation,changes in economic structure,inadequate basic public services,employment,education,housing and other problems,as well as household registration and other factors.In addition,some rural workers who have moved back from cities still exist,and those who have moved to urban areas may not be fully integrated into urban society.Wafangdian City,as the representative of the northeast coastal area,is facing the outstanding problem of the transfer of agricultural labor force.In order to explore the current situation and influencing factors of the transfer of agricultural surplus labor force in this region,this paper,based on field research,adopts the methods of reading literature,questionnaire,data collection and analysis,and selects the transfer of agricultural surplus labor force in Wafangdian City as the research sample.After analyzing the relevant research situation at home and abroad,this paper quotes the international experience in the transfer of agricultural surplus labor force in Japan,South Korea,the United States and the United Kingdom,and combines its own research results to analyze and introduce the current situation and problems of the transfer of agricultural surplus labor force in Wafangdian City.Finally,in order to solve the problems faced by the transfer of agricultural surplus labor force in this area,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures.We should take the actual economic development of the region as a starting point,take the overall development of urban and rural areas as a train of thought,and construct and perfect the multi-coordination policy at the level of institutional supply.The government should play a leading role in constructing a system conducive to the transfer of agricultural surplus labor force.Strengthen the vocational training and guidance of the labor force;We will improve the unified urban and rural social security system and unified standards,coordinate urban and rural development,promote the development of agricultural industrialization,and effectively guide the sustainable and stable transfer of agricultural surplus labor.
