| Currently,the global economic system is undergoing major changes and restructuring,it is becoming increasingly common for brand customers to require OEMs to conduct business models from product manufacturing to recycle and maintain,driven by strategic goals such as improving quality and efficiency,encouraging innovation and sustainable growth.Focusing on the market demand of electronic products manufacturing and the goal of improving productivity,continuous improvement of process technology,professional production equipment,more optimized supply chain services,all these have an extensive influence on the adjustment of enterprise supply chain and the management of value chain.After years of development,a relatively stable employment division and cooperative partnership have been formed between brands and OEM companies.Under the influence of "Moore’s Law",the downstream manufacturing industry has developed rapidly in recent years,and the frequency of product updating has gradually accelerated,which puts forward higher requirements for manufacturers’ equipment,management,personnel and software.With the gradually increase in labor costs,brands have a higher requirement for manufacturing in efficiency and product quality,and the strong support from nation in intelligent manufacturing,some manufacturers have begun to provide intelligent manufacturing equipment and integrated information systems internally to enhance their flexible intelligent manufacturing capabilities.Therefore,how to scientifically select suppliers of manufacturing equipment,improve supplier management level,to support the related demands of manufacturing equipment is particularly important.Under the above background,this thesis studies and summarizes the theoretical achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on supplier selection and combines with the actual situation of G enterprise automation equipment department to sort out the current supplier selection work and points out and analyze the main problems in the organization and personnel,operation process,selection method and strategic consideration.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and other methods,the organization and personnel of internal supplier selection were improved,the process of supplier selection was updated,and the linear weight method was used to propose improvement methods for the company in supplier selection.At the same time,according to the scoring results,enhance the identification and management of strategic suppliers.Finally,conducted practical application and results monitoring under the case of enterprise supplier selection and formulating comprehensive safeguards to make sure the scheme is carried out smoothly,the research prospects are suggested as well. |
