Research On The Benign Interaction Between The Development Of Commercial And Trade Circulation Industry And New-type Urbanization

Improving consumption capacity and level,achieving a higher dynamic balance of "demand driven supply,supply creating demand",and improving the operational efficiency of the entire national economy are important strategic propositions for China’s 14 th Five Year Plan and beyond.Under the general environment of declining global economic growth and constant geopolitical conflicts,negative interaction between global economy and politics,and the rise of unilateralism and trade protectionism of western powers,China’s traditional economic model relying on foreign trade has gradually shifted to the domestic systemic circulation.The research on the interaction between the development of China’s commercial circulation industry and new urbanization based on the perspective of the domestic systemic circulation is to unify the role of the development of commercial circulation industry in promoting resource allocation and the role of new urbanization in easing the structural contradiction between supply and demand,and give full play to the role of the domestic big market in promoting economic development.Based on the theoretical analysis paradigm of the combination of Marxist political economy and western economics,the purpose of this paper’s research on the interaction between the development of China’s commercial circulation industry and the new urbanization is to better serve the ultimate goal of the domestic systemic circulation.Using mathematical methods to empirically analyze the interactive relationship between the development of China’s commercial circulation industry and new urbanization,and to deeply explore the implementation mechanism and influencing factors of the positive interaction between China’s commercial circulation industry and new urbanization.This provides theoretical support for the positive interaction between China’s commercial circulation industry development and new urbanization,and strives to achieve a panoramic grasp of the interactive relationship between China’s commercial circulation industry development and new urbanization.In addition,typical cases are used to explore the interactive relationship between the development of commercial circulation industry and new urbanization,and the process of mutual influence and interaction between the development of commercial circulation industry and new urbanization is examined at a practical level.The results show that: 1.There is a symbiotic factor base and co-prosperity of domestic demand goals between the development of China’s commercial and trade circulation industry and new-type urbanization.2.The internal mechanism of "two-way symbiosis and spiral coprosperity" between the development of China’s commercial and trade circulation industry and new-type urbanization is specifically manifested as a transmission mechanism,a matching mechanism and a coordination mechanism.3."Two-way symbiosis" focuses on the positive promotion of the development of the commercial and trade circulation industry by new-type urbanization,and aims to prosper the industry.4."Flourishing industry and prosperous towns" is the best trend of "spiral co-prosperity" of China’s commercial and trade circulation industry and new-type urbanization.Finally,explore and construct a sustainable path mechanism for the benign interaction between the development of China’s commercial circulation industry and new urbanization.Through the combination of improving infrastructure construction and attaching importance to social security in the process of new urbanization,the development of the commercial circulation industry will take the path of innovation,low-carbon,and intelligent development,effectively protecting the basic rights and interests of agricultural transfer populations,and creating a good consumption environment,We will take concrete measures such as closely combining effective markets that promote entrepreneurship with governments that emphasize the value of political entrepreneurs.In a "people-oriented" production and living space that is satisfactory to the people,we will scientifically plan,rationally arrange,and effectively deploy the commercial circulation industry,further improving the orderliness,convenience,and intelligence of urban spaces,achieving coordinated growth between income and consumption,and better activating the potential for domestic demand,Serve the national development strategy of "Greater domestic circulation".
