Due to the increase of external uncertainty factors,China’s profitable export agricultural products’ external impact is more significant in recent years.Especially aquatic products,as China’s largest export agricultural products,under the influence of Sino-US economic and trade frictions and COVID-19’s superposition,all links of the marine product industry chain have been greatly hindered.Simultaneously,the domestic market demand for aquatic products has a large room to rise.Therefore,under the new pattern of "dual circulation",making full use of the domestic supermarket and quickly exploiting and occupying the domestic market is an urgent problem.As an export-oriented marine enterprise,Zhanjiang Guolian Aquatic Products Co.,Ltd.takes the lead in developing the domestic market.Relying on the industrial layout of the "whole industrial chain",it has achieved great leap forward development in the domestic market by accurately positioning its products and promoting marketing innovation.To fully understand the impact of external shocks on the export of aquatic products in China,this paper expounds on the implications of the external shocks on the marine industry chain from the Sino-US and trade disputes COVID-19.The effect of Sino-US economic and trade disputes on aquatic products export are: the rising cost of farming,the damage of processing enterprises,and reduced consumer demand.The impact of COVID-19 on aquatic products exports is: tight supply of agricultural products,limited fishing,obstructed production and processing,poor transportation,and low demand for domestic and foreign products.This paper selects Guolian Aquatic Products Co.,Ltd as a case study to study the reasons,behaviors,and effects of its domestic market development to provide a reference for export enterprises who want to develop the domestic market.This paper mainly analyzes enterprises’ domestic market distribution strategies through 4P marketing theory and calculates enterprises’ operation status after developing domestic market by ratio analysis.Compared with Baiyang Investment Group,Inc.,the research shows that the domestic market layout of Guolian Aquatic Products Co.,Ltd has weakened the impact of Sino-US economic and trade disputes to a certain extent.Given the behavior of Chinese aquatic products export enterprises to explore the domestic market,the following suggestions are put forward: Enterprises should accurately meet domestic consumption demand and control product quality strictly.Strengthen industrial chain layout and continuously extend product value chain.Formulate correct brand positioning and strengthen the brand promotion of aquatic products.Actively develop online sales channels and stabilize offline channels. |
