Particularly in the third industrial revolution period, as the rapid development of the economy, trade, technology and the transnational corporations, the world economy has shown the characteristics of economic globalization rapid progress, international market competition increasingly fierce, industrial restructuring significantly accelerate. The circulation industry, as an important component of national economy, has gradually evolved into the guiding industry of connect social production and consump from a simple intermediary, and is playing an increasingly important role in the socio-economic development. Therefore, making the circulation industry stronger and stronger, improving circulation efficiency, has become an important means of promoting economic development, enhancing the overall competitiveness of the national economy in the countries.After 30 years of reform and development, China's commodity circulation system has undergone revolutionary change, the circulation system of "a variety of economic forms, a number of distribution channels, a variety of management methods, less circulation link" has been basically formed, the circulation efficiency markedly enhanced, the national economy rapidly developed. However, we should note that since entering the new century, China's economy has entered a very important period of development, and come to a new stage,which it is only through a series of structural transformation in order to promote sustained, rapid and healthy development of the entire national economy. In particular, to join the WTO, China's economy has irreversibly integrated into the international economic division systems. So, facing the worldwide impact,industrial structure adjustment and upgrading has become essential. At the same time, with the development of market economy, the status of the circulation industry is increasing, and the circulation is playing an increasingly important role in guiding production, conditioning consumption and contributing to the national economy. These changes have put forward higher requirements to China's circulation industry development and the circulation theoretical research.This dissertation takes the circulation guide question as a master line, uses comprehensively Macroeconomics, Institutional economics, Urban economics, Political economics, Industrial economics, Division of labor theory and so on, refers fully previous research results, and focuses on analysis methods of macro-micro analysis combining, comprehensive analysis and empirical analysis combining. It studies systematically the evolution of commodity circulation, the relationship of commodity circulation and industrial production, urbanization development, social institutional change,and the construction of the guide circulation system, proposes circulation guide, circulation strength and other related concepts.On this basis, it has initially established a theory system of the circulation guide, built the development ideas of the circulation guide industry,and provided a useful reference for the construction and development of modern circulation industry.This dissertation is divided into the following seven parts:In Part 1, The article describes the topic background and research significance, systematically discusses the Marxist circulation thoery,the circulation theory of Western classical economics and Modern Western economics, the circulation theoy study of the Japanese economic circles, and the research literature of domestic scholars on the circulation. All these provide a theoretical basis for the paper. At the same time, it forms a paper structure of the research content,and illustrates research methods, innovative points and shortcomings.In Part 2, First, the article sets forth the concept of circulation, circulation system components and circulation functions. Then it analyses the process of the circulation emergence and development, and discusses distribution division, retail formats change, concentration of trading business and gathering of commerce, buildes a basic analytical framework on the modern distribution system.In Part 3, This article proposes the guide industry, the circulation guide and other relative concepts, analyses and describes the connotation and classification of the industry, the characteristics of the circulation industry,the status of the circulation industry in different periods of socio-economic,and the professional division of labor,etc.It establishes the circulation ability model, specifically analyses the circulation strength influence factors and circulation guide's constraint conditions. All these lay the foundation for the following research and the development of guide circulation system.In Part 4, Firstly, this article evalues the role of commodity circulation to transfer agricultural products surplus, to promote technological advances in agriculture and to defuse the risk of agriculture. Then it discusses the formation and development of mass production system,the relationship between the mass production system and the commodity circulation, stresses the importance of commodity circulation in the mass production system. The finally,it points out that the informationization has not only brought about a full range of changes the social production mode, but also led to another revolution in the circulation, which further strengthened functions and status of circulation in the modern economy.In Part 5, The dissertation analyses and discusses city formation, city function and city spatial layout and other issues under the perspective of commodity circulation, points out that exchange efficiency improvement is an important way to promote urbanization, and eliminate urban-rural dual structure. Meanwhile taking our country's urbanation advancement as an example, It has proven the close relation between urbanation and circulation industry development, points out that urbanization development provides the broad market space for the commodities circulation development in china, and the circulation industry development speeds up china's urbanization advancement greatly.In Part 6, The article analyses institution connotation, institution functions institution changes and other problems, explores the relationship between the social system and the circulation of commodities, specifically analyses the institutional factors, for example,an ethical culture, property rights, market, enterprise, credit and country,and the relationship between the commodity circulation and them.It stresses that the social institution changes impelled circulation changes, while the pursuit of circulation efficiency is a key factor in institutional change.In Part 7, After a brief analysis of the current major problems of China's circulation,This dissertation explores how to establish and develop the guide circulation industry, analyses and discusses circulation guide support program, circulation guide physical distribution network, circulation guide retail organization, circulation guide information system, circulation guide integration as well as circulation guide industrial policy. It puts forward the directive proposal how to construct China's guide circulation system.
