Study On The Construction Of Rural Trade Circulation System From The Angle Of Urban-Rural Integration In Hunan Province

In 2014, the No.l Central Documents in China explicitly put forward the important goal which is to speed up the construction of market system of agricultural products and to improve the market circulation efficiency. Developing the rural trade circulation system can promote the the process of agricultural products entering into city directly and industrial products into the rural areas, to realize two-way circulation of products from the urban and rural, to extend the modern city commercia civilization to rural areas and help to accelerate the process of urban-rural integration. In this paper, the writer takes the actual situation of Hunan Province as an example to study the structure, the characteristics and the existing problems of the rural trade circulation system.Through the thoretical and empirical research, the writer wishes to build four more scintific rural trade circulation systems, which is regarded as an important theoretical value and practical significance.The paper is divided into nine chapters, mainly using some inmportand research methods, such as the method of spatial-temporal variation, the research of econometric model, case studies and so on. The first chapter is introduction. The second chapter is the basic theory about the rural trade circulation system. The third chapter is the study of the present situation and problems of rural trade circulation system in Hunan Province, by collecting the relevant data to study the current developing situation of the rural trade circulation in Hunan Province, to depict the system map of present rural trade circulation in Hunan Province and to analyze deeply the core problems which are existing in the process of developing the rural trade circulation industry in Hunan Province from the angle of the spatial-temporal variation.The forth chapter is the empirical study on the satisfaction of rural trade circulation system from different main circulation bodies. Collecting the micro data by questionnaire survey, the pater studies empirically the factors which can affect the satisfaction evaluation to the rural trade circulation system from the point of the peasants and intermediate merchants.The fifth chapter is the empirical study on the stakeholders of income distribution under the different trade circulation systems. To study the cost, income and risk in the whole supply chain from the different main stakeholders including farmers, wholesales and retail enterprises under the linking mode of traditional circulation pattern of agricultural products and agricultural supermarket. The sixth chapter is the empirical study on the allocation efficience of rural trade circulation market. To study the influence of agricultural production and operation integration organizations on the price of agricultural products and the retail price of agricultural products by constructing an econometric mode so as to demonstrate the allocation efficience because of the rural circulation organization-innovation.The seventh chapter is the comparison of the internationa 1 experience of rural trade circulation systems.The eighth chapter is about the construction of rural trade circulation systems which consist of the two circulation systems of agricultural pr oducts and argricultural production materials from the angle of urban-rural integration.The ni nth chapter is the conclusions and the countermeasures.In order to search for the constructing goal of maximum social welfare based on the urban-rural integration, farmers and consumers, the paper puts forward to build the rural trade circulation systems,including the trade circulation systems of agricultural products drived by the chain supermarket and e-business of agricultural products, and the trade circulation systems of argricultural production materials drived by the wholesale market and the third party logistics enterprise.Based on these, it is very essential to strengthen the construction of the market systems of agricultural products and agricultural production materials, to foster the main cirulation bodies in the moden contryside which consist of chain supermarket, the e-business enterprise of agricultural products, wholesale market and the third party logistics enterprises, to accelerate modern rural logistics industry and the development of electronic trading of agricultural products, and also from the government to increase some measures to develop rural trade circulation system on policy support.
