With the development of China’s tourism industry,smart tourism has become a new tourism model.The construction of smart scenic spots has become one of the core components of China’s smart tourism development,and only by focusing on the interests of tourists and conducting in-depth research on the needs and behaviors of tourists can scenic spots improve the level of information management and service quality of scenic spots,thereby enhancing regional strength,and survive and develop under the fierce competition in the industry.As a landmark scenic spot in Jinan,Baotu Spring Scenic Area is supported by a new generation of information technology,vigorously promotes the construction of smart scenic spots,and uses intelligent means to innovate the management and service mode of scenic spots.At the same time,it also needs to consider many aspects : poor experience of smart service,imperfect management system and mechanism of smart,and incomplete marketing mode of smart.It is necessary to realize the unified management and operation of scenic resources,so that the information management and service level of scenic spots can reach a higher level.With the development of 5G technology,the intelligent operation ability of scenic spots should be upgraded again,and efforts should be made to build a benchmark for smart tourism and promote the development of information construction of scenic spots.This study adopts the combination of literature research method,field research method,questionnaire and network survey method and Likert scale method,through the investigation to grasp the real perception of tourists in the intelligent operation of Baotu Spring scenic spot,clarify the influencing factors that restrict the improvement of tourists’ perception experience in the process of intelligent operation of scenic spots,combined with the development status of scenic spot intelligent operation,through the study of scenic spot tourists’ perception,it is concluded that in order to meet the intelligent experience of tourists,scenic spots should focus on three aspects: smart marketing,smart service and smart management.In the future project planning and construction process,we should pay attention to upgrading,developing,building and improving the intelligent tourist information service platform system,comprehensively utilizing a variety of existing social wisdom resources,strengthening the vigorous publicity,packaging and integrated marketing of smart scenic spot brands,so as to promote more tourists to participate in smart tourism experience and effectively meet the personalized needs of tourists to a greater extent,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the tourist experience and increasing the scenic spot revisit rate.
