| Under the influence of economic globalization,whether the tourism industry can achieve information sharing and transparency has attracted much attention.And as the tourism industry gradually matures,in order to stand out from the fierce competition,it is necessary to attach importance to the development of enterprise e-commerce clusters.As the first batch of excellent tourist destination demonstration cities in China,Xi’an is highly favored by domestic and foreign tourists.A variety of tourism resources have opened a broader tourism market for Xi’an.On the premise of making full use of Internet technology,the construction of a smart service innovation system with a global perspective and a new marketing model have comprehensively promoted the vigorous development of Xi’an’s tourism industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to adopt advanced mobile e-commerce technology and build a scientifically oriented shared information platform.The relevant research on Scenic Area A has certain reference value for the development of the overall tourism industry in Xi’an,and plays an important role in promoting the overall construction of a good tourism image and brand awareness.This article mainly discusses and analyzes the current development situation and existing problems of Scenic Area A,and proposes relevant solutions based on the analysis of the problems.This article mainly uses case analysis,questionnaire survey,and literature research methods to study the optimization plan for smart tourism services in Scenic Area A.It consists of four sections,the first section being an introduction.The basic section of this article mainly explains the research background,ideas,methods,main research content,and research framework.The second section is a theoretical overview,which combs and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,laying the theoretical foundation for the following research.The third section is the analysis of the current situation and problems.This section mainly focuses on scenic area A as the research subject,explaining the relevant problems existing in smart tourism in the scenic area,and combining the current overall development trends and relevant development policies of the tourism bureau.At the same time,corresponding solutions are proposed for the existing problems,and optimization suggestions are proposed for the previous construction plans of intelligent scenic spots.The fourth section is the conclusion,summarizing the full text and analyzing the shortcomings,and finally proposing prospects.Although the domestic tourist reception volume of Scenic Area A is increasing year by year,there are many problems in information construction,mainly offline reception,and the utilization rate of online websites is poor.Moreover,there is a lack of marketing concepts,the marketing level remains at the initial stage,the marketing model is aging,and the training of marketing personnel is not in place.The security measures for the development of smart tourism services in Scenic Area A need to be based on a good management security system,customization and return visits of personalized tourism service models,full utilization of Internet of Things technology,and continuous improvement of normalized security measures. |
