In the era of experience economy,tourists' demand for personalized,diversified and differentiated tourism has become increasingly strong.The emergence of smart scenic spots has become an important carrier to meet the needs of tourists for experience.The comprehensive strengthening of the construction of smart scenic spots not only meets the characteristics of current tourist needs,but also contributes to the sustainable development of tourism in the future.At the same time,only by taking tourists as the center,deeply exploring the needs of tourists,analyzing the behaviors of tourists,improving the modern management and service level of the scenic spot,and enhancing the competitiveness of the scenic spot can it survive and develop in the fierce industry competition environment.In this paper,the integrated use of literature research,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and network,and in combination with qualitative and quantitative method,in the wisdom of Shandong Qingzhou city scenic area as the empirical object,determined by the object of study,questionnaire design,data collection and analysis,the reliability validity of steps,such as inspection,likert scale analysis system to master ancient city of Qingzhou wisdom scenic area construction of the main factors influencing the tourist experience in the process,to explore the existing problems and put forward improving pertinence countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which systematically elaborates the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research summary,research methods,research technology route and research innovation points.The second chapter,on the basis of systematic literature review,defines the relevant basic concepts and systematically studies and analyzes the relevant theories,tourist experience and technical support.The third chapter USES the questionnaire survey method,network survey method and other comprehensive survey methods to investigate and analyze the construction and development of Qingzhou ancient city smart scenic spot from the perspective of tourists' experience.It is divided into five aspects: first,the general situation of Qingzhou ancient city scenic spot is briefly described.Second,it analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the intelligent construction of Qingzhou ancient city intelligent scenic spot.Thirdly,the traditional questionnaire and the new online survey are used to investigate the tourists' travel experience.Fourth,use professional methods to conduct statistical analysis of the survey data.Fifth,combined with the survey content and data analysis,the existing problems in the construction of Qingzhou ancient city smart scenicspot were analyzed deeply.The fourth chapter,aiming at the existing problems in the construction of Qingzhou ancient city smart scenic spot,puts forward specific and effective countermeasures from the aspects of improving the level of smart management,improving the content of smart service,building a three-dimensional smart marketing system and innovating the way of smart publicity.Chapter five: conclusion and prospect.Through the in-depth study of tourists' experience in Qingzhou ancient city smart scenic spot,it is concluded that the construction of smart scenic spot should attach importance to the significance of tourists' experience.Second,the construction of smart scenic spot should adhere to the tourists' experience as the center,take multiple measures simultaneously,and put forward effective measures to enhance and improve the tourists' experience.Thirdly,the construction of intelligent scenic spot should insist on the systematicness and overallness of tourist experience countermeasures.At the same time,this paper summarizes the shortcomings and prospects.
