Research On The Symbiosis Of Rural Residential Land Use Under The Guidance Of Rural Industrial Integration Developmen

In the context of rural revitalization,the integrated development of rural industries is crucial to rural development,which inevitably requires the diversity and compound utilization of land in rural settlements,the optimization of land use structure in rural settlements,the supply of land for industrial development,the promotion of various land use symbiosis,and the improvement of rural land use efficiency.It has become the trend and requirement to realize the prosperity of rural industry and solve the problem of rural development to enhance the sustainable development ability of rural areas.Symbiosis theory of biology is a sustainable development theory of harmonious coexistence.As a positive thought,it has been used by many subjects and established a scientific theoretical framework.Based on this ideological cognition,this paper introduces it into the study of rural residential land.Interpretation based on the symbiosis theory,based on the mutual relationship between rural residential areas internally class put forward the concept of rural residential land use symbiosis,set up the rural land system of residential area,and reference for the related research methods to create a rural residential land use: the symbiotic degree measure model using compatibility model to measure rural residential land compatible degree;The coupling coordination degree of rural residential land subsystem was evaluated by entropy method.Based on the results of the two aspects,the symbiosis degree of rural residential land was calculated comprehensively.The driving force of the rural settlement symbiosis is revealed by further exploring the factors affecting the degree of rural settlement symbiosis with the use of Geodetector models.This paper selects industrial villages,tourist villages and modern agricultural villages in Yuncheng city as empirical examples,and conducts research in 2010,2015 and 2020.The research results are as follows:(1)The calculation results show that in 2010,the symbiosis degree of rural residential land in industrial villages is 0.60,that in tourism villages is 0.52,and that in modern agricultural villages is 0.65.In 2015,the symbiosis degree of rural residential land use in industrial villages was 0.71,that in tourism villages was 0.69,and that in modern agricultural villages was 0.74.In 2020,the symbiosis degree of rural residential land use in industrial villages was 0.73,that in tourism villages was0.80,and that inmodern agricultural villages was 0.79.(2)Studies on the symbiosis of rural residential land show that the symbiosis degree of different types of rural residential land is gradually increasing under the integrated development of industries,indicating that the land for production and living functions of rural residential land is increasingly closely linked,and the trend of symbiosis between trade-offs is maintained.The tourism village land symbiosis degree is the highest,the industrial village land symbiosis degree is the lowest.There are differences in the compatibility degree and coupling coordination degree among different types of villages.The land compatibility of modern agricultural villages is higher,the land compatibility of industrial villages is lower.The coupling degree of industrial village and tourism village is higher,while the coupling degree of modern agricultural village is lower.(3)The symbiosis study of rural residential land indicates that the symbiosis of rural residential land is the result of multiple factors driving together.Resource endowment is the important potential of rural residential land symbiosis,social economy is the main driving force of rural residential land symbiosis,household demand is the endogenous driving force of rural residential land symbiosis,and regional policy is the external driving force of rural residential land symbiosis.The impacts of rural household demand on rural settlement are greatest in 2010-2015,and the impacts of regional policies are greatest in 2015-2020.Different types of villages have different driving forces for land symbiosis.Therefore,it is necessary to explore its own leading factors according to its actual evolution law and village development,so as to improve the symbiosis degree of various land uses in rural settlements.The symbiosis of rural settlement land is of great significance to the development of rural industry integration and to the policy making of rural industry integration.
