Research On The Integrated Development Of Rural Industries In Changzhou City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

From the concept of integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries proposed in the No.1 central document in 2015,we will cultivate new rural industries and new formats by 2023,support the construction of the national rural industry integration development demonstration zone,and point out that industrial integration development is an important path for rural innovation.Realizing high-quality development in rural areas is a key direction of national promotion.However,with the development of the social economy,the improvement of national consumption capacity,and the continuous changes in economic structure,problems such as unsold agricultural products,lack of production factors,and insufficient deep processed products have emerged one after another."To build a strong agricultural power with strong supply guarantee,strong equipment,good operation system and competitive ability,we should base on the national conditions and agricultural conditions,and reflect Chinese characteristics".The operation system and industrial resilience still need to rely on rural industrial integration,dig deep into rural industries,actively create industrial clusters,talent pool,and scientific and technological innovation,and contribute to the subsequent comprehensive promotion of industrial integration.Today’s industrial integration model has gradually entered the mature development stage,Next,we need to continue to promote the digital integration of industries,seize the new opportunities of deep integration of internet platforms in agriculture,promote the digital and intelligent development of rural industry integration,expand the multi-functional value system of agriculture,and ultimately empower rural revitalization.The second and third industries in Changzhou City occupy an absolute dominant position,and at the same time,they have certain integration experience in the integrated development of rural three industries.The achievements of rural industrial integration development have also been recognized by various provinces and cities,and have a certain demonstration role.This topic selects Changzhou City as the research object,with the goal of promoting the integration and development of rural industries.Based on theories and research results such as symbiosis theory,transaction cost theory,and agricultural multifunctional theory,it analyzes the current situation of industrial integration and development in Changzhou City,such as insufficient innovation in industrial integration,imperfect policy system,inadequate management of leading enterprises,and lack of systematic interest linkage Issues such as unclear implementation of local policies.We sorted out four main integration models,namely,industrial modernization integration model,business innovation integration model,leading enterprise integration model,and resource integration integration model.Taking leisure agriculture in Changzhou Zhongluo District,agricultural industrial park in Liyang City,Xiangu Village,"Beautiful Village" in Jintan District,and Xiaxi flower and wood market in Wujin District as the corresponding case studies of representative industrial integration,we proposed to include national policy guidance to enhance industrial enthusiasm,The structure of agricultural development targets has been optimized,product competitiveness has been endowed,the path of agricultural development has been awakened,and strategies and suggestions have been put forward to promote collaborative development and deep industry integration,laying a theoretical foundation for the next step in promoting the integrated development of rural industries in Changzhou.
