With the development of economic globalization,many foreign advanced management theory has been introduced into the country,which gives Chinese people a great impact on the idea.The research in the field of enterprise management of China has become more mature,more and more enterprises realize to in the increasingly fierce economic competition often stand an invincible position,the primary task is to build the modern people's own management system.We are introducing new management,learning new knowledge at the same time,but also to continue to innovate,out of a person with Chinese characteristics,the road of management.China is today the world has the most employees in the country,in recent years,the enterprise of human resources management and application of more and more attention,the management has become the important development direction in the future,but the enterprise employee occupation happiness research is not perfect,especially for the new generation of private enterprise employees more attention is not much.Therefore,the study of the occupational well-being of the new generation employees of private enterprises in our country has a certain forward-looking.Based on the literature at home and abroad on well-being related research results,H enterprises in the new generation employees as the research object,through the definition and characteristics of the new generation of employees,to identify factors affecting the new generation employees occupation happiness.According to the related theory,questionnaire construction of H new generation of employees in enterprises occupation happiness,with the relevant statistical methods,analyze the survey data obtained,the factors that affect the H well-being of the new generation of employees in enterprises,further analyze the deficiencies in the human resource management of H enterprise,finally put forward the measures.Including the establishment of a fair and impartial promotion mechanism,build a happy and harmonious corporate culture,paying attention to the construction of stress management,the establishment of a fair and reasonable salary system,fair and harmonious working environment,establish and perfect the training system,enhance the flexibility of soft skills.Through the above measures,in order to improve the H enterprise employees of the new generation of career happiness,reduce staff turnover rate.
