With the advent of the information age, human resource is very important for any enterprise; it's directly related to the future development of the enterprise. Therefore, large enterprises are paying more and more attention to human resource management, especially in the software and outsourcing industry. With high turnover rate in recent years, with the shortage of knowledge based talents, the software and outsourcing enterprises have met increasingly fierce competition for talents. Dalian is an open city, and its unique geographical location and resource environment provide many foreign companies with favorable conditions, so many foreign companies have invested in Dalian, which will undoubtedly exacerbate the competition. Under this circumstance, the industry's demand for human resources is far greater than the supply; coupled with the open economic environment, personal factors and not perfect human resource management in enterprises result in a high attrition rate in these companies, and it's now a common phenomenon in the software and outsourcing industry.A company, a foreign capital enterprise, is an outsourcing company located in Dalian. A company has gone through rapid development for more than ten years, and now encountered a serious staff attrition issue, which brought a serious impact on its development and needs to be addressed and solved. As we all know, a high attrition rate will not only induce an increase in dominant cost of recruitment, training, and administration, but also make the existing staff of the company unsatisfactory with the status quo, which impacts engagement, loyalty, long-term development of them, thus seriously affect the company's sustained and rapid development. At present, this problem has been seriously treated by the managers of A company, and it is also the most urgent problem needs to be solved.This paper does analysis based on the current staff turnover status of A company, refers to human resources management, compensation incentive, career planning and other related human resources management theories, points out the factors from three aspects of employees, social environment and enterprise human resource management, and then raises solutions and advices including culture, talent management, incentive and compensation. Hope the solutions and advices can be effective in keeping the attrition of A company in control, and strengthen its healthy development.
