Software industry is an important part of Chinese information industry in 21st century. while the world's software giant fiercely competing, Chinese software industry have to deal with the significant challenges. Besides the problems that without core technologies and locating within the industrial downstream value chains, the national software firms stand against the most direct negative impact of inefficiency in intellectual human resources management. Disorderring fluctuation of technicians and consultants directly lead to unexpected low returns against human resources investment. This is the most prominent problem software enterprises faces. Therefore, with the perspective of employees loyalty management, the study on these problems and its solutions is necessary and beneficial to Chinese software firms.The normative and empirical studying integrated methods are applied in this study. Based on the theoretical study on the theories relative to loyalty, with the model of economic value of employee loyalty and the empirical tolling investigation, overall information is collected and analyzed, concluding with descriptive framework of software technicians loyalty and improvement measurements, following the analyzing stages as problems definition, analyzing and solving.First, the discussion is started with general implication of loyalty at a broad sense, and then promote the point of employees loyalty up towards the abstract level as the essential features of market economy, which recognizes the value of employee loyalty may result in promoting sales, optimizing human capital, lowering costs and promoting the public image of the company. By promoting the employee loyalty, a shared success can be achieved between employees and employers. Further, the relative influencing factors are proposed, which are interrated and inter-influenced , rather than isolated with each other. In further analysis, with the economic values model of employees loyalty, it is recognized that employee loyalty can not only improve producing efficiency, but produce sytematic benefits.Second, based on the characteristics of software industry, the features of human capitals in software firms are analyzed, while investigating the employee loyalty of Zhonghe company with Critical monitoring tolling table for employee loyalty. The results show that, employee loyalty is lower than the content level, and that welfare, carrer planning and firm culture is the prominent factors influencing loyalty. Among all factors, culture is the most one, .Therefore, the objective framework should be built at the basis of fulfilled salariies and welfare, proper carrer planing and excellent firm culture,At last, against the practice, some measures for promoting the loyalty of software technican are proposed, analyzed and evaluated.This study is basedn on the theory of employee loyalty. With the economic value model of loyalty, the main influencing factors are anlyzed. The loyalty maintainance in software industry is further analyzed and some practical advice is proposed as results. This study can help software firms improve the employee loyalty at strategic and operational level. And, it also have some theoretical research values for applying the theory of loyalty in human resource managemtn fields.
