Research On Identification And Solution Of Resistance To Enterprise Supply Chain Digitization Transformation

In recent years,the development of Internet technology and the application of mobile payment have made the social demand for information and digital applications surge.However,the complex supply-side business chain and obvious differentiation of business forms lead to the difficulty and long time span of digital transformation.These characteristics are especially reflected in logistics enterprises.It is urgent for enterprises to solve the problem of collaborative full-chain operation,cost reduction and efficiency improvement,as well as the negative cycle of supply chain bullwhip effect.Facing the dilemma of traditional supply chain,logistics enterprises must embark on the transformation to information and digital supply chain.However,the digital transformation in supply chain is not without resistance.On the contrary,most enterprises lack sufficient guidance in the face of digital transformation to some extent due to the medium ambiguity and long-term effects of transformation.Therefore,this article intends to study the resistance faced by the digital transformation of supply chain in logistics enterprises and its relationship structure,so as to provide practical significance,scientific and efficient guidance for the digital transformation of the supply chain in logistics enterprises.Therefore,the transformation resistance of the case enterprise is identified from four perspectives: demand,team,technology and risk.DEMATEL method was used to analyze the role and importance of resistance in the system,and then ISM model was established to deduce the paths in mutual influence of various resistance.Finally,MICMAC method was used to evaluate the relational attributes of resistance.Based on these research results and combined with the value benefit reference model,the article analyzes the action path of related resistance in the supply chain digital transformation process of the case enterprise.Through the research and discussion of this function path,it is basically clear that logistics enterprises should first establish the data standardization system of warehousing,distribution and other links in the production and operation,improve its interoperability,pay attention to human efficiency,combine human efficiency with digital ability,and finally improve the internal efficiency of enterprises.In terms of supply chain products and services,it is necessary to enhance the level of diversification,implement the operation concept in integration of technology and management in functional areas such as logistics demand planning,actively transform traditional business processes,properly handle the relationship between supply chain stakeholders,and improve the overall management level under the digital system.In terms of business mode transformation,it is mainly through promoting standardization,clarifying transformation effect and improving talent cultivation mechanism to realize efficient cooperation and collaboration of supply chain,and establish a supply chain ecology around the enterprise,which can widely obtain value.
