Construction supply chain management model is an effective way to integratingof resources and achieving integrated management for a construction enterprise, andperformance evaluation of the construction supply chain helps to optimize theconstruction supply chain management processes, promote the improvement anddevelopment of the construction supply chain management system, promote furtherapplications of the construction supply chain performance evaluation in theconstruction industry, and play a very important role in improving the overall level ofconstruction supply chain.First, based on analyzing the characteristics and shortcomings in the performanceevaluation of existing construction supply chain model, this paper introducing theoperation model of supply chain and combining with the characteristic and model ofthe construction industry builds the performance evaluation model of supply chainfrom three aspects what are the business process, the financial management and thesustainable development to achieve a mufti-angle performance evaluation.Secondly, based on building construction supply chain performance evaluationmodel using the supply chain operations reference model, this paper improving thetraditional construction supply chain performance evaluation index algorithm buildsthe construction supply chain performance evaluation model based on unascertainedmeasure, builds the construction supply chain performance evaluation model based onunascertained measure, solves effectively fuzziness and randomness of the evaluationcaused the subjectivity and correlation of evaluation indicators in the existing researchand improves the scientific of the performance evaluation process and the accuracy ofthe performance evaluation results by using the established performance evaluationsystem, the single index measure function of the construction supply chain builder thedivided performance evaluation space and the thought of Information entropy weightalgorithm.Finally, this paper analyzes and validates the presented evaluation index systemof the construction supply chain in the instance of a construction enterprise to showthe effectiveness and feasibility of the presented evaluation method and provide thesupport information for the future evaluation of the performance and management ofthe construction supply chain.
