The increasing uncertainty of external environment represented by COVID-19 has forced traditional supply chain management technologies into a dilemma,and enterprises are faced with a series of supply chain disruption risks,such as manpower shortage,cost increase,cash flow tension and supply chain vulnerability.Attracting the attention of manufacturing enterprises and scholars in supply chain management,supply chain resilience(SCR)has been proposed as an effective solution to the issues of supply chain vulnerability.However,the existing research on SCR focuses on the connotation of SCR and its impact on enterprise performance,and the effective path and influence mechanism of improving SCR are still unclear.From a single structural perspective,some scholars try to optimize supply chain network structure through modeling and simulation to improve SCR.The management perspective of "network management" and an effective theoretical framework have yet to explore the mechanism of supply chain network structure on SCR,leaving the impact of network management,supply chain network structure,and SCR unclear.Furthermore,the digital transformation of supply chain,which is a key factor in enhancing SCR,has not been thoroughly examined in terms of how network management and supply chain network structure influence it.Based on this,this study studies the impact of network management,supply chain network structure,SCR and supply chain digital transformation.This study combines social network theory and strategic network theory,and integrates the dual perspectives of structure and management to build a research framework on the influence of network management on SCR,and deeply explores the relationship among network management,supply chain network structure and SCR.Based on the two dimensions of network management(Portfolio management,PM;Relationship management,RM)and the three dimensions of supply chain network structure(Network centrality,NC;Knowledge complementarity,KC;Tie strength,TS),the adjustment variable of supply chain digital transformation is introduced to further explore the mechanism affecting SCR and propose research hypotheses.In this study,495 valid questionnaires were collected as empirical research data by means of questionnaire design.Testing the hypothesis with SPSS 26.0 and constructing a structural equation model with AMOS 28.0 to further elucidate the association between variables was done.The following conclusions were obtained:(1)PM positively influences NC and KC of supply chain network structure,while RM positively influences the KC and TS of supply chain network structure.This shows that network management practice is helpful for enterprises to construct supply chain network structure in an active way.(2)The three dimensions of supply chain network structure have a considerable beneficial influence on SCR,thus making it a key factor influencing SCR and capable of significantly enhancing it.(3)The two dimensions of network management,PM and RM,have a positive impact on SCR,that is,excellent network management practices can help enterprises build SCR.(4)The mediating effect of supply chain network structure between network management and SCR has been verified.In other words,network management can have a positive impact on SCR through supply chain network structure.(5)The regulatory effect of supply chain digital transformation only verifies the positive regulatory relationship between network management and supply chain network structure,and the positive regulatory relationship between knowledge complementarity and connection strength of supply chain network structure and SCR.However,the positive relationship between NC and SCR of supply chain digital transformation is verified to be a negative adjustment relationship.These results show that,due to the impact brought by the supply chain digital transformation,enterprises with a high degree of NC cannot better cope with supply chain disruption and bring SCR.Combining the dual perspectives of management and structure,this study provides a new theoretical support for enterprises to build SCR.The introduction of the adjustment variable of supply chain digital transformation lays a theoretical foundation for manufacturing enterprises to improve SCR in the era of digital economy,and enriching and expanding the research on the antecedents of SCR. |
