| Since the 14 th Five-Year Plan,China has further deepened the reform of the economic system,promoted the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy,supported the integrated development of B2 B e-commerce and supply chain,and promoted and guided the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.As a new model to promote the upgrading and transformation of industrial chains and value chains under the current digital background,the industrial Internet has ushered in a period of opportunity for development under the active promotion of national policies.In addition,the national "double innovation" strategy requires focusing on the innovation ecosystem to achieve a comprehensive upgrade of innovation and entrepreneurship,build a platform for enterprise integration and development,and promote supply chain innovation and industrial Internet innovation.However,after the epidemic,the development of the real economy has stagnated,and the supply chain has faced great uncertainty.In the face of the urgent need for digital transformation and the impact of the epidemic,the digital innovation ecosystem is undoubtedly promising,and as a kind of digital innovation ecosystem,it is necessary to discuss the internal development model of the industrial Internet,and analyze how the digital innovation ecosystem realizes the co-creation and sharing of value.Beijing United Information Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Guolian Co.,Ltd "),as the first stock in the A-share industrial Internet industry,has always closely followed the national policy and the development direction of digital technology,from business information services stage,B2 B e-commerce stage,and to the industrial Internet stage,creating a unique industrial ecology and achieving leapfrog high growth.Based on the above background and the combing of relevant literature and materials,this paper discusses the value co-creation and sharing mechanism of the innovation ecosystem under digital transformation on the basis of value co-creation theory,asymmetric information theory and stakeholder theory,and taking the industrial Internet model of Guolian Co.,Ltd.as an example.Firstly,the DART value co-creation model and digital innovation ecosystem model are introduced and improved on this basis,and the value co-creation and sharing of the digital innovation ecosystem is analyzed in depth from four aspects: Dialogue,Access,Risk Reduction and Transparency.Secondly,the mechanism and effect of value cocreation and sharing of the industrial Internet of Guolian Co.,Ltd are systematically introduced and analyzed.Finally,it is concluded that digitalization is conducive to promoting the co-creation and sharing of value in the innovation ecosystem.Through the research,it is found that: first,digital elements affect the value cocreation and sharing of the innovation ecosystem through the core enterprise platform;Second,digital elements address the bottlenecks of the innovation ecosystem and participants through demand-driven;Third,digital elements create value by enhancing the interaction of information.The innovation of this paper lies in the selection of a typical case of Guolian Co.,Ltd.,and through case analysis,a general conclusion is formed,which is conducive to improving the theoretical analysis framework,exploring how digital transformation affects the value co-creation and sharing among innovation subjects and improves the efficiency of the digital innovation ecosystem.Through this research,it will provide a scientific reference for the construction of the industrial Internet,and at the same time provide meaningful reference for the formulation of government policies and corporate strategies: first,industrial Internet enterprises should innovate the model of the supply chain,deepen the supply chain from a single point,and use the reverse supply chain to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase;Second,through innovative payment models,the model of using first and paying later,and charging service fees according to certain standards to force enterprises to go digital;Third,the government can promote the cloud factory model in the manufacturing industry to promote the high-quality development of physical enterprises. |
