| Industrial Internet is an important force to realize our manufacturing powerhouse,and is regarded as an important path for the digital transformation of manufacturing industry.At present,our country is still in the primary stage of industrial Internet construction,and regional development is unbalanced.It is very meaningful to provide reference for the development of other provinces by studying industrial Internet related policies in head provinces;Furthermore,whether the construction of industrial Internet can promote the digital transformation of manufacturing industry is also a question of public concern.Therefore,this paper takes the top provinces as the research object to carry out policy analysis and empirical analysis.Firstly,by analyzing and comparing the data performance of various provinces and cities,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Zhejiang and Shandong are identified as the leading provinces in the development of manufacturing and industrial Internet.Then,the text analysis of the industrial Internet related policies issued by the head provinces during2017-2022 was carried out.The text data mining method was used to do word segmentation processing for the policy contents and output the top 20 high-frequency words.The content analysis method was used to divide the policy clauses into three types and seventeen aspects and to make statistics on the use of various policy tools.Finally,the explained variable is set as the degree of enterprise digital transformation,the explanatory variable is whether to use the industrial Internet,and the control variable is enterprise size,enterprise age,enterprise financialization degree and enterprise market position.The PSM-DID model is constructed for empirical analysis to explore whether the industrial Internet can significantly promote the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.The sample data came from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies in the manufacturing sector of the head province from 2017 to 2021.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Industrial Internet related policies in the first provinces are generally formulated around the network,platform,security and data system.At the same time,each province has its own work focus,for example,Jiangsu pays attention to sign parsing system,APP application and cooperative relationship,and Shandong pays attention to cloud and integration on industrial equipment;(2)The classification of industrial Internet related policy clauses shows that Jiangsu Province and Guangdong Province have the highest proportion of environmental policy tools,while Zhejiang Province and Shandong Province have the highest proportion of supply policy tools.At the same time,among the 17 subdivided aspects of various policy tools,The provisions on infrastructure construction,platform construction,technical support,safety guarantee,laws and regulations,target planning,organizational guidance,demonstration and pilot and application promotion have a high proportion of use in the four provinces.(3)Industrial Internet plays a significant role in promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing industry,and enterprise age will have a significant positive impact on the degree of enterprise digital transformation. |
