| In the 21 st century of economic globalization and the development of knowledge economy,scientific and technological innovation ability has become the core of improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Under the pressure of fierce competition,as the main body of innovation,enterprises should build well-known brands by enhancing their development ability and mastering core technologies in order to ensure the long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,enterprise innovation performance is widely regarded as an important driving force affecting enterprises to improve their competitiveness.Generally speaking,innovation performance represents the activity of enterprise innovation activities and the relationship between enterprise innovation input and innovation output.In other words,in order to achieve sustainable and dynamic development,enterprises are constantly applying new technologies,developing new products,expanding new markets and obtaining greater economic benefits.However,in the process of improving innovation performance,enterprises are often accompanied by huge risks.Many enterprises only emphasize the technical content and ignore the market value in the innovation process,lack of scientific and reasonable strategy,and blindly pursue technology leadership,which makes it more difficult for enterprises to improve innovation performance.This means that enterprises must seek appropriate strategic content for innovation investment.In the tide of digital economy in today’s society,the development of enterprises promotes the digital economy by taking data as the production factor,integrating and applying these communication technologies,and comprehensively transforming digital technology into digital economy.As a result,more and more enterprises carry out the road of digital transformation,and bring great changes in management,technology and market to enterprises.Therefore,the first question that arises is,as the main body of digital technology transformation activities,what innovation performance can enterprises obtain(what)? Why are there differences in innovation performance in digital technology transformation(why)? How should enterprises achieve a higher level of performance in the transformation of digital technology? The answers to these questions are still unknown and need to be further discussed.Taking digital technology transformation as an independent variable,this paper makes an empirical study on whether and how digital technology transformation affects innovation performance through knowledge creation,puts forward relevant relationship assumptions,constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between enterprise digital technology transformation and innovation performance,and points out that enterprises need to accelerate the pace of digital technology transformation to improve the ability of knowledge creation,Further improve the innovation performance of enterprises.The results show that digital technology transformation has a significant impact on innovation performance,and knowledge creation plays an intermediary role in this process. |
