The development of "Internet +" has brought about tremendous changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise's innovation ecosystem,and has spawned a diversified value-creation model.The research on the co-creation model of enterprise innovation ecosystem value helps enterprises to transform value creation thinking and better adapt to the competition in the digital world.Firstly,based on the status quo of "Internet +" development,explore its role in the creation of the value of enterprise innovation ecosystem,and summarize the three values of co-creation behaviors around the three dimensions of interaction,integration and authorization.Behavior,community-initiated value co-creation behaviors,and value-creation behaviors initiated by institutions and communities,analyzing their characteristics and comparing their similarities and differences.Secondly,aiming at the value creation behavior of institutions and communities in the enterprise innovation ecosystem,a dynamic evolution game model is constructed based on the DART model,and its evolution process is analyzed and the influence of various factors on behavior decisionmaking is simulated.Finally,based on the value of enterprise innovation ecosystem,the choice of behaviors,combined with the service-led logic,summed up the three values of the co-creation model from the five main dimensions of the initiator,core competence,value proposition,promotion mechanism and value realization.Type,community-driven and institutional-community collaboration,with typical cases analyzed by multi-site companies,Tigers community and We Chat applets.The research results show that:(1)"Internet +" drives the role of enterprise innovation ecosystem value co-creation behavior in two-way connection,macro-micro cross-border and democratization decision-making mechanism.(2)The choice of corporate innovation ecosystem value co-creation behavior is mainly affected by factors such as the degree of cooperation between the enterprise,the level of trust between the two parties,the risk assessment ability,the ownership share,the net income generated and the unilateral breach of punishment;The two sides trust,control the risk within a reasonable range,eliminate information asymmetry,balance the possession of ownership,improve the governance mechanism,and adjust the way to initiate the net income level,which is conducive to promoting the rational choice of corporate innovation ecosystem value creation behavior.(3)The influence of “Internet+” on the co-creation model of enterprise innovation ecosystem value is all-round,mainly reflected in five aspects: sponsoring subject,core competence,value proposition,promotion mechanism and value realization.These five dimensions become the distinction.The key characteristics of the “Internet+” enterprise innovation ecosystem value creation model.(4)The “Internet +” enterprise innovation ecosystem has three typical value-creation models,namely,institutional-led,community-driven,and institutional-community synergy.There are significant differences in the three values co-creation models in five dimensions.The difference between the initiators is the starting point for the differences.The core competences and value propositions set the tone and development direction for each model.The targeted promotion mechanism leads to different values.The key to achieving results.(5)The value of “Internet +” enterprise innovation ecosystem must be based on common value objectives,with humanity as the focus,innovation as the support,and service as the main line,and committed to the sustainable development of value creation.
