Research On The Impact Of Digital Transformation On The Innovation Performance Of High-Tech Enterprises

The critical moment of economic and social transition in China has seen a surge in national attention to the rapid development of enterprise innovation,and the national innovation development strategy is being bolstered by the primary force driving economic development and strategic support for constructing China’s modern economic system.has become a major national strategy,which determines the transformation direction of Chinese enterprises From the production of China to the production of intelligence,and from the pursuit of velocity to the advancement of excellence.China’s economic and social progress has been propelled by state-owned enterprises as its driving force.The necessity of continually improving the market competitiveness of China’s state-owned enterprises,as well as the necessity to actively direct and advance the alteration of China’s economic and social rapid development mode and development momentum,is essential for augmenting the innovation capacity of these entities.Therefore,in this context,it is necessary to study how state-owned enterprises promote enterprise innovation through the implementation of digital transformation.Hikvision Digital Technology Co.is the chosen research method for this paper,which adopts the normative approach of single case.,Ltd.Exploring the effect of digital transformation on enterprise innovation,a case study was chosen.To begin,the ideas of digital transformation and enterprise innovation are delineated,and the value chain theory and other related theories and research literature are summarized,thus forming a theoretical basis for the study of this paper.Then,this paper chooses mixed-ownership state-owned enterprise Hikvision for case analysis.The paper delves into the effect of Hikvision’s digital transformation on the enterprise’s technological innovation,examining the implementation background,content,and characteristics of its transformation.Comparing the recent trend of R&D input,output,and income to the technological innovation status of the same industry,the author discovers that Hikvision’s digital transformation has been successful in stimulating enterprise innovation,not only guaranteeing the enterprise’s sustainable development capacity,but also augmenting its market competitive edge.This paper seeks to provide a realistic reference value for Chinese state-owned enterprises to implement digital transformation,supplementing relevant case studies of Chinese digital transformation and enterprise innovation,and providing reference for future case studies.Specifically,the innovation point of this paper is to examine the implementation path of digital transformation in Hikvision’s actual case.
