With the vigorous development of the new generation of digital technology and the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution,the digital economy has become the forefront of global economic development and industrial transformation,bringing certain opportunities and challenges to the development of the real economy.However,the real economy has always been the lifeblood and foundation of the national economy and the backbone of promoting high-quality economic development.At present,the country attaches great importance to the deep integration and development of the digital economy and the real economy,and proposes to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the real economy with the digital economy.Realizing the comprehensive digital transformation of traditional industries is the core measure to further promote the comprehensive integration of the digital economy and the real economy.Digital transformation is the only way for enterprises in traditional industries to survive and develop in the digital era.Many traditional enterprises have begun to seek digital transformation,but the actual effect of digital transformation is quite different.How to effectively promote the process of digital transformation and improve the performance of digital transformation has become the focus of academic research and enterprise practice.At present,the research on the core factors affecting the digital transformation performance is still in its infancy,and the research that can reveal the specific driving mechanism of digital transformation is very rare,which is difficult to provide sufficient theoretical guidance for the transformation practice of enterprises.In view of this,this study relies on leadership theory,high-level theory,system and new system theory to explore the mechanism of digital transformational leadership on the digital transformation performance of enterprises.It is clear that business model innovation is the key point for enterprises to implement digital transformation,so this paper takes business model innovation as an intermediary variable.Besides,this paper focus on the guiding role of value insights from data on corporate behavior,and takes data-driven insight as a moderator,build the theoretical model of this study,and propose 9 research hypotheses.This paper collects data through questionnaire survey,and uses Spss software and corresponding statistical methods to conduct data analysis to test the hypothesis.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Digital transformational leadership is positively related to the digital transformation performance of enterprises.(2)Digital transformational leadership is positively related to incremental business model innovation.(3)Digital transformational leadership is positively related to disruptive business model innovation.(4)Incremental business model innovation is positively related to the digital transformation performance of enterprises.(5)Disruptive business model innovation is positively related to the digital transformation performance of enterprise.(6)Incremental business model innovation plays an intermediary role between digital transformational leadership and digital transformation performance;(7)Disruptive business model innovation plays an intermediary role between digital transformational leadership and digital transformation performance.(8)Data-driven insight plays a positive regulatory role in the impact of digital transformational leadership on incremental business model innovation;(9)Data-driven insight plays a positive regulatory role in the impact of digital transformational leadership on disruptive business model innovation.This study enriches the research on the factors which can affect digital transformation,deconstructs the specific mechanism about how to improve the digital transformation performance for enterprises,pays attention to the important role of two kinds of business model innovation and data-driven insight.Besides,this is a paper with high theoretical and practical value,which provides new ideas and new perspectives for the research on digital transformation,and new guidance for the digital transformation practice in enterprises.
