Since China renewed its insurance business in 1980,its insurance industry has developed rapidly thanks to the rapid development of its economy and society.At present,China is now the world’s second-biggest insurance market.With domestic and foreign economy development progress,finance industry in China opens more to the outside and the insurance industry also ushers in an unprecedented opening-up chance.However,in recent years,due to the impact of the epidemic,the continuous downturn of the macro economy and the public’s pessimistic expectations for future development,the previous “crowd strategy” of the insurance industry gradually have met with many serious problems.Salesmen are regarded as bridges between insurance companies and customers.Therefore,it is important to attract and cultivate high-quality talents and maintain high-yield experts who can play important roles in promoting fast growth.In this regard,it is vital to introduce a system for training and managing salesmen.Insurance Company A,always adhering to the professional development road,has established a professional,elite and high-quality image in the industry.However,insurance companies of the same industry have generally undergone different levels of transformation according to current development situations.Meanwhile,customers are having higher awareness of insurance and the market also has more demands for insurance protection and wealth management businesses.All these have posed great pressure to the development of Insurance Company A.In this article,the author systematically analyses the present marketing personnel training management system of Insurance company A,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods and finds that Insurance Company A has many problems,such as the lack of systematic training plan,the relatively single design of training courses,the unclear management system of training teachers,the non-standard organization and implementation of training,the lack of reasonable training evaluation and feedback mechanism.Besides,it is found that the training system lacks strategic coordination;training demands can not be effectively analyzed;the training teachers lack professional experience in the management;the training organization processes need to be improved and related people fail to highlight the training effects.In order to solve those problems,some strategies based on the optimization principles and ideas are put forward.for example,training plans should be formulated according to company strategies;training designs should be made perfect according to training demands;the teacher training management system should be optimized and training organizations should be well managed;the training feedback and evaluation mechanism should be established so as to meet actual development demands of marketing staff.The purpose of these optimization strategies is to improve the theory foundation of Insurance Company A’s marketing personnel training system,to improve the business knowledge and expertise of the marketing personnel,to give guidance and advice to develop the training management system of the insurance company,so as to guide the sector to achieve value conversion.
