| Personal long term Life insurance policy contributes the most stable cash flow andrevenue resource for the life insurance company, At current stage, this kind of insurancepolicy is promoted mainly by insurance sales agent in the domestic market, The Insuranceagent is signing agency contract which means they earn their living through receivingcommission, This commission only policy has led to low productivity and high turnoverrate, Professional training plays a significant role in cultivating the agent teams’ capacity,The lack of training would also cause selling conflicts and affect the after sale services as aresult, The above problems would have a negative influence on the industry’s image andlower the company’s profitability, It is worth to conduct a further research in order toimprove the efficiency of professional training through optimizing the training system andimproving a company’s profitability.This essay will explore and study this issue from4aspects, The first part isintroduction, which includes the overall background of this topic, research target andmethodology, the internal mechanism and the contribution of this easy, The second part isthe essential analysis of sales agent training system, focus on the effectiveness of trainingsystem by demonstrated the interaction among sales agent’s training, the team growing ofsales agent and the corporate’s revenue, The third part is the real case study from GS lifeinsurance company, the study figures out that the corporate’s profitability can be improvedby increased and training investment and optimized training system, The final partconcludes an optimization scheme of the training system for GS life insurance company.In this paper, theoretical part mainly refer to the books in the field of insurance,management,education,training,economics and human resources,as well as the relatednewspapers and magazines, Partial of thesis is conducted from my marketing andmanagement experience in the insurance industry, The study on the efficiency ofprofessional training through optimizing the training system and improving a company’sprofitability is demonstrated with the combination of the theoretical research,empiricalanalysis, statistical test, and other methods. |
