At present,under the circumstance that science and technology lead the economy,economic globalization has developed in depth.At the same time,more and more animation broadcast,enrich the lives of teenagers,driven by it,cards also rise to prominence.Commodity subdivision increases the variety of goods,and also causes the diversification of customer demands,which increases the time of warehousing and picking out goods.The efficiency of warehousing and space utilization gradually become the key factors affecting the efficiency of warehousing in and out.Since warehousing management is an important logistics node to reduce logistics costs in supply chain management,The cost can be reduced by reasonable planning of the layout of each functional area and the cargo space.The reasonable layout of functional areas can effectively reduce the loading,unloading and handling distance of goods,and the effective planning of the cargo space can shorten the walking time of the warehouse operators to a certain extent when various SKU(Stock Keeping Unit)goods are in and out of the warehouse,reduce labor consumption and improve the turnover rate of goods.This paper studies the finished product warehouse of Y Company.Firstly,through flexsim model simulation and actual demand,the existing problems in the current finished product warehouse are analyzed,and it is pointed out that the warehouse layout and slotting optimization are needed to make adjustment and optimization.Secondly,this paper uses the improved SLP(System Layout Planning)method to carry out the layout of the warehouse.At first,through the analysis of the logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship,the relationship between the various functional areas is obtained to determine the layout of the functional areas,and then the prediction is made.According to the previous volume of goods in and out of the warehouse,the quantity of space needed by the finished product warehouse in the next few years is calculated,and the area of each functional area of the warehouse is optimized.From these,the final layout plan is obtained;Thirdly,the paper uses ABC method to carry out slotting optimization.According to the relevant theories and principles of cargo location optimization,the objective of cargo location optimization is determined,and the slotting optimization model is established.MATLAB software and multi-objective optimization of non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm are used to solve the slotting optimization model,and the storage area slotting optimization results are obtained.Finally,the paper uses Flexsim software to simulate the interior of the warehouse to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization scheme.By studying the layout and optimization of Y finished product warehouse,this paper has improved the previous problems of low efficiency of random placement and picking,fully considered the development plan of the warehouse in the next few years,and made a reasonable planning.In addition,the optimal layout of the warehouse directly improves the speed of turnover of goods,improves the efficiency of warehouse picking and discharging,and reduces the labor intensity of manpower.
