With the coming of new retail era,the role of logistics in supply chain is changing.The major retail enterprises,e-commerce enterprises and logistics enterprises have increased investment in logistics assets and promoted the last mile delivery service to seize the market.The boundaries between logistics and retailing are further blurred.Online and offline plus logistics,the new retail omni-channel mode has higher requirements for the improvement of logistics efficiency.As a retail enterprise operating sports clothing and equipment,D company is in the process of setting up its omni-channel network and rapid expansion.In order to facilitate the rapid development of the company,the company has put forward higher requirements for the logistics efficiency and logistics cost.The No.1 warehouse of D company is one of the oldest warehouses built in the North logistics distribution center.There are some defects and shortcomings in the layout planning,which seriously affects the operating cost and efficiency of the warehouse.Based on the above background,this paper takes the No.1 warehouse of D company as the research object,taking the SLP system layout planning method as the main theoretical basis,combining with the EIQ-PCB analysis and material system handling theory,and through the full research and analysis of the status of the No.1 warehouse,provides a practical way of thinking for the layout optimization of the warehouse.The main research directions of this paper are divided into several aspects.(1)through the study of domestic and foreign scholars on the optimization of warehouse layout,this paper summarizes and outlines the warehouse layout optimization theory from three directions:warehouse operation process,customer demand,warehouse feature and product feature.(2)this paper introduces the classification of different types of warehouses,the setting of warehouse function area,the basic target of warehouse layout and the common planning method,and introduces the some typical warehouse layout type and the related applicable operation type.(3)this paper analyzes and explains the shortcomings of the traditional SLP planning method,and puts forward some suggestions to combine the EIQ-PCB analysis,the SHA material handling theory and quantify non-logistics relations between different function areas as a measure of improvement in the analysis of the data and operation process optimization.(4)according to the improved SLP method,the paper analyzes the logistics and non-logistics relations in each functional area of the warehouse,and obtains the relative position of each functional area by quantifying the comprehensive relationship,and puts forward the alternatives for the optimization of warehouse layout in combination with the demand surface area and the warehouse building restriction.The scheme is selected through a model built to minimum unit material handling cost..
