| In recent years,thanks to the improvement of social productivity and the state’s support for the logistics industry,the rapid development of Chinese logistics industry,the scale and structure of the logistics industry are also undergoing earth-shaking changes,formed a number of logistics centers set production,storage,sorting and distribution in one.The biggest feature of this kind of logistics center is that it can effectively control all links of the supply chain,so as to improve the operational efficiency of logistics links and reduce the operating costs of enterprises.However,at present,most of the domestic logistics centers lack reasonable planning,and the operation level of each operation link is relatively low,which leads to the low utilization rate of warehouse area and chaotic layout of functional areas in the logistics center,which greatly hinders the efficiency of warehouse cargo sorting and vehicle distribution.Therefore,it is an important way to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the cost of logistics to make reasonable layout planning for the warehouse of logistics center and optimize the distribution link of logistics center.In this paper,J logistics Center is taken as the research object.According to the field practice,it is found that there are problems in J Logistics Center,such as insufficient storage area and chaotic distribution route planning due to unreasonable layout of warehouse functional area.By analyzing the problems existing in J logistics Center,this paper intends to use SLP(Systematic Layout Planning)method to rearrange the functional areas of the warehouse.Aiming at the problem of insufficient storage area,the storage area is divided into ground storage area and shelf area,and three-dimensional shelves are introduced in the shelf area to improve the utilization rate of the vertical space of the warehouse.Grey prediction and Second exponential smoothing method prediction are used to predict the future storage of goods,calculate the number of shipping positions,and make the optimized warehouse layout diagram.Aiming at the Vehicle Routing Problems(VRP),this paper will cluster the distribution points by using K-means method to get three cluster sets,design the distribution path optimization model,improve the genetic algorithm to solve the three cluster sets respectively,and get the optimal distribution scheme.On this basis,EIQ analysis method is used to select a reasonable picking strategy for the picking and loading process before distribution to further improve distribution efficiency,which is connected with the above and complementary.Through reasonable optimization of the layout and distribution deficiencies of J logistics center,this paper solves the problems of chaotic division of warehouse functional areas,insufficient storage area and unreasonable selection of sorting strategy,which lead to too long sorting time and chaotic distribution route arrangement,thus improving the operation efficiency of J logistics Center and reducing logistics costs to a certain extent. |
