After years of rapid development,the premium growth of domestic life insurance industry gradually began to slow down.The extensive business model,which once simply relied on the increase of the number of agents to drive the premium growth of life insurance companies,has been unable to meet the increasingly specialized and refined market demand.The expansion of life insurance agent teams lasting for many years has abruptly stopped,and the total number of life insurance agents has declined significantly.The new contradictions facing the development of domestic life insurance industry are increasingly apparent.On the one hand,the agent channel is still the main source of premiums for various domestic head life insurance companies,and on the other hand,the loss of agents is becoming more severe.Based on this,this paper starts from the problem of loss of life insurance agents,selects T life insurance company’s agents as the research object,based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and classical theoretical basis,and starts with the specific data of the company’s lost agents in the past four years.Detailed analysis of the current situation of the loss of agents,the basic characteristics of the loss of personnel and the negative impact of the loss of agents;Then,by sorting out the exit interview records,we preliminarily concluded the main causes of agent turnover,determined the research variables,and carried out an empirical study on the influencing factors of agent turnover through questionnaire survey.Through the research method of structural equation model,through the research process of putting forward hypotheses,building theoretical models and verifying theoretical hypotheses,we used professional statistical research tools.The results show that the six core factors affecting the turnover of agents are: salary and welfare,career development prospects,work pressure,team managers,social environment factors,training incentive mechanism;Finally,on the basis of discussing the influence of various factors on the turnover of agents,six countermeasures to slow the turnover of agents are put forward successively,which are as follows: improving the salary and welfare of agents,perfecting the career development system of agents,reducing the working pressure of agents,improving the management ability of team managers,reshaping the positive image of agents,and optimizing the training incentive mechanism of agents.
