Since the 1980 s,China’s life insurance industry has been developing rapidly.After the 1990 s,with the entry of foreign life insurance companies into China and the successful introduction of principal-agent marketing mode,a market share war has opened,and the competition in life insurance industry has become unprecedented.In 2014,the "New State Ten" issued,the development of insurance industry from the will of the industry to the will of the state.Therefore,China’s life insurance industry has opened a new era,but the traditional marketing model based on the principal-agent system has shown many problems,among which the loss of agents has been a pain point in the academic circle and enterprises.At present,the vast majority of domestic life insurance company still take "Numbers" to sales of insurance products,the big into the agent system has been running for many years,high turnover rate under its extensive management system affects the whole industry,this kind of situation will produce three questions: first is the rapid increase of labor costs,and the risk of company secrets leaked;Secondly,this model causes customers’ distrust and hinders the company’s development path.Finally,especially the life insurance branch companies at the end of the structure,they can obtain limited resources and power,but the market competition is very fierce.In this context,the stable performance of talents is the only way for life insurance branch companies.Based on this,the author selected THE Hohhot Branch of T Life Insurance Company as the case of this paper.Firstly,by referring to relevant literature,the possible influencing factors were determined.Secondly,the company profile,the composition of agents and the current situation of agent loss of T life Insurance Company were introduced.Then,SPSS26 statistical analysis software was used to carry out reliability test,validity test,descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of the influence of individual characteristics on dimission variables.It is concluded that welfare security,performance appraisal system,training system,social cognition,customer trust and agent career planning are the important factors affecting the loss of agents in T Life Insurance Hohhot Branch company.In view of the specific reasons for the loss of agents,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: 1.To improve the performance appraisal system by establishing two-way feedback and differential assessment standards.2.thought agent adding social insurance and without accountability base salary way to perfect the welfare system.3.establish a scientific training system by means of stratified training system,strengthening professional ethics training and increasing shared knowledge platform.4.Integrate the agent’s own development into the company’s strategic planning.5.to build brand effect to enhance customer trust.6.Utilize the power of scientific and technological innovation to optimize the existing incentive system,online training and establish a full record working mode,so as to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of agents.There are 6 figures,19 tables and 47 references in this paper.
