The personal proxy pattern has been popular in insurance marketing in C hina since 1992. Life insurance industry has made great development, but the serious problem of life insurance industry is that the life insurance agents are hard to keep. Life insurance agents are the main force of China’s life insurance industry. The flow of agents has respect to the development of the whole industry, and the high flow rate has a great negative impact on the whole industry. Based on the important role of agents in the life insurance industry, in order to promote the healthy development of life insurance industry, it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect the flow of life insurance agents, and propose countermeasures and suggestions to stabilize the agents.The research object of this paper is life insurance agents, and the main content of this paper is to analyze the factors affecting the flow tend of life insurance agents. The full text will analyze the flow problem of life insurance agents on both theory and practice. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter briefly introduces the research background, research significance and research content. The second chapter is literature review, summarying the previous research results of the influence factors of employee turnover, mainly from three aspects of individual, organization and society, and briefly introduces several typical flow models. The third chapter more detailed analyzes the factors that influence the flow tendency of life insurance agent. Combined with previous research results, according to the behavior characteristics of agents, the influencing factors are classified, which are the direct driving factors and the cognitive adjusted factors. The fourth chapter draws lessons from the previous research results, and put forward the research hypothesis of the factors and the flow tendency to establish the a preliminary model of influencing factors on the flow tendency of life insurance agents. The fifth chapter mainly do empirical analysis of the established model of the flow tendency. The sixth chapter is the last chapter, it summaries this paper, draws the conclusion of this paper, and points out the limitations and shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the expectation of the future.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:the direct driving factors can directly affect the life insurance agents’ flow tend; in the process of the direct driving factors affecting life insurance agents’ flow tend, the direct drive factors are influenced by the cognitive adjusted factors; job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment can affect the relationship among employee relations, career development, work-family conflict, salary level and the flow tendency.
