In recent years,with the intervention of national policies on the real estate industry,the entire industry has accelerated the pace of survival of the fittest,and it has become more difficult for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises to survive in the increasingly fierce market environment.Enterprises should strive to improve their own competitiveness and build competitive advantages.In this,talents play an important role that cannot be ignored.As an important part of human resource management,incentives can stimulate people’s needs and motivations to make people’s inner motivation move towards the future.Moving forward with the expected goal has a very important impact on ensuring the stability of the enterprise’s talent team,improving the work efficiency of employees and the competitiveness of the enterprise.The research of this paper takes Company X as the research object.Starting from literature analysis,a questionnaire is designed based on Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory and Maslow’s Needs Theory to investigate the current situation of employee incentives in Company X and the employees’ attitudes towards the company’s current incentive system.Satisfaction survey and analysis,and found that the main problems at present lie in the compensation system,performance appraisal methods,personal career development and employee training.Performance appraisal system,carry out employee career development planning,establish enterprise talent training mechanism and clarify incentive goals.At the same time,supporting measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the proposed optimization measures are proposed.The conclusions of this research can help X Company improve its employee incentive plan,and also have a certain reference value for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises of the same type,help enterprises retain existing talents,and give full play to the ability of talents,to make a contribution to the better development of the enterprise.
