Nationalized enterprises are the main competitors in the market. It is an important target to complete the compensation-motivating system of senior managers of nationalized enterprise in the changing process of the nationalized enterprise. The design of the compensation-motivating mechanism of nationalized enterprise is an exquisite, complicated artistic creation course. Good compensation-motivating mechanism can stimulate high working potentiality and enthusiasm to the managers of nationalized enterprise, create great achievement, it also has great meaning to the value preserving and appreciation of State-run assets and even to the normal running of economy of the whole society.The paper is divided into six chapters altogether. The chapter one has mainly introduced research background, purpose and meaning of the article, review relevant motivational theory, and make systematic generalization about the situation of compensation-motivating of senior managers to both at home and abroad, then defined relevant concepts, provide the research method of the article and the implementation flow diagram of the full text; The chapter two mainly introduces the current situation and existing problems to the compensation-motivating of senior managers of our country, and analyzes the reasons of the mater, so as to make foreshadowing to the formulating compensation-motivating of senior managers to the following document; In the chapter three, we mainly introduce the compensation-motivating of senior managers of America and Japanese enterprise, analyze its successful place and point out its weak point, and has expounded its reference meaning to our country; The chapter four analyzed the Inherent function mechanism of the compensation-motivating of senior managers, point out the problem of the mechanism of compensation-motivating of senior managers of our country, and have put forward relevant suggestions; Chapter five is the main point of the paper, mainly Analyzed how to construct the system of compensation-motivating of senior managers of nationalized enterprise, point out the principle of designing the compensation-motivating of senior managers of nationalized enterprise and the design way of the compensation strategy, make the discussion from key element person who commit respect that salary encourage, looking out the level and structure of the compensation, and put forward my own view on relevant problems of yearly compensation system and stock right encouraged, finally,we put forward the policy suggestion to the strengthen of the compensation-motivating of nationalized enterprise. Chapter six gives conclusions to the whole paper, point out the weak point of the research and the researching prospect of the subject.The compensation-motivating of senior managers of nationalized enterprise is a topic that extensively concerned by people. There are many articles and work about it. the research characteristic of the paper is that it is very continuity, we treat the compensation-motivating of senior managers of nationalized as a global organic to research, and also lay particular emphasis on some extent, From drawing the relevant theory to the analyzing the situation of the compensation-motivating of senior managers and the inherent function discussion of mechanism, and to the referencing the aboard model of the compensation-motivating of senior managers, and finally construct the system of compensation-motivating of senior managers of nationalized enterprise. We do the research step by step, making a comprehensive study and a thorough master of it. Not only have stronger theory guidance, but also have a realistic effectiveness. We hope the research can help to complete the mechanism of compensation-motivating of senior managers.
