The transformation of our country's economic system not only brings profound revolution to enterprises, but also brings enormous impact to organizations. The furious competition among the existent enterprises causes the great challenge regarding their survival and development. The reform measures in allusion to this situation consequentially arose the employees' response on both psychology and behavior, and then cause the transformation of employees' attitude towards enterprises (organizations). It will influence the enterprises' fate and development whether the employees can keep the original loyalty and responsibility.Nowadays, the reformation of many enterprises (organizations) usually pay attention to economic measures instead of psychic measures; they only carry out the new measures accordingly, and neglect employees' psychological sense and behavior response, and then neglect employees' attitude towards enterprises. This tendency causes the loss of employees' responsibility and loyalty. The frustration of employees' enthusiasm leads to descending of enterprises' profit.Based on the psychological contracts theory, and after investigating the psychological contracts status of sample enterprises, this paper tries to analysis the relation between fulfillment of psychological contracts and employees' behaviors, and put forward some measures to build active psychological contracts system, and also some effective measures to motivate employees.
