Over the past 70 years since the founding of new China,under the leadership of the party,it has become a veritable "vanguard","new force","stabilizer" and "ballast" in the test of history and practice,and has made important contributions to driving the national economy to achieve leapfrog development,building a complete industrial system,people’s livelihood services and security,crisis response and so on.State owned enterprises are the main force in liberating and developing productive forces,and also a firm supporter of the people-centered position.In recent years,in the process of deepening reform,the development of practical projects focusing on the performance appraisal of employees of state-owned enterprises has provided sufficient power to promote state-owned enterprises to adapt to the rapid leapfrog development of social economy.Exploring the causes of the problems existing in the performance appraisal of employees in state-owned enterprises and studying and optimizing the performance appraisal system of employees in state-owned enterprises play an important role in improving the overall level of performance appraisal of employees in state-owned enterprises and further improving the comprehensive strength of state-owned enterprises.It is also an important channel f or state-owned enterprises to realize their social value,such as providing employment opportunities and ensuring the healthy development of the national economy.Taking Jiangxi provincial enterprise J company as an example,this thesis focuses on the current situation of employee performance appraisal,summarizes the causes of the problems,and puts forward optimization suggestions.Based on the multiple perspectives of person post matching theory,target management theory,expectation theory and system evaluation theory,this thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the performance appraisal of employees in state-owned enterprises by using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and interview.Taking the state-owned enterprise J company as a specific case,this thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the performance appraisal of employees in state-owned enterprises by using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and interview from the perspective of target management theory,system evaluation theory,stakeholder theory and new public management theory.Firstly,the author first introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods,as well as the highlights and innovative contents of this thesis.At the same time,it introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of employee performance appraisal in state-owned enterprises.Secondly,after introducing the basic situation of J company,this thesis summarizes the current situation of employee performance appraisal,and then based on J company,deeply analyzes the problems and causes of employee performance appraisal in state-owned enterprises in terms of appraisal index system,appraisal methods and appraisal result feedback mechanism.Furthermore,after summarizing the desirable experience of successful cases of employee performance appraisal at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the employee performance appraisal of state-owned enterprises from the two aspects of building a scientific performance appraisal system and building an appraisal oriented corporate culture,which provides a theoretical basis for the virtuous circle development of J company.At the same time,it is also hoped to provide reference and reference for the implementation of employee performance appraisal in state-owned enterprises in the future,provide practical experience for further stimulating the economic vitality of state-owned enterprises,and provide a powerful way to consolidate the social value of state-owned enterprises. |
