| At present,Chinese enterprises are in the process of deepening the reform of the management system of state-owned enterprises,and the reform is advancing in depth.Performance appraisal can help state-owned enterprises speed up the reform,and it needs to play a more important role in enterprise management.Enterprise management is also the management of people.Performance appraisal is one of the core of human resource management.Establishing an employee performance appraisal system suitable for enterprise characteristics and in line with business laws is the content that major enterprises need to think about and pay attention to.However,the vast majority of state-owned enterprises only use performance management as a management tool to form the evaluation results.There are still some problems in the decomposition of employee performance management objectives,the implementation and key links of the evaluation process,and how to effectively feedback the evaluation results.Therefore,based on the improvement of employee performance management level of state-owned enterprises,this paper selects Shaanxi Branch of T company as a case company to build an employee performance appraisal scheme with the characteristics of state-owned enterprises and help the operation and development of enterprises.By studying the theories and methods of modern employee performance management,combined with the actual situation of employee performance appraisal of Shaanxi Branch of T company,this paper attempts to find the existing problems in the process of performance appraisal of Shaanxi Branch of T company through the investigation methods of questionnaire and interview.After objective analysis,this paper puts forward a number of targeted improvement countermeasures from all links of performance management.This article includes five parts: the first chapter introduces the background,purpose and significance of this study,reviews the research status of performance management at home and abroad,and expounds the research methods and specific research ideas adopted in this paper;The second chapter focuses on defining the concept of performance appraisal,and briefly describes the content and evaluation methods of enterprise and employee performance management;The third chapter collects information on the current situation of employee performance management in Shaanxi Branch of T company,comprehensively and systematically analyzes the problems of employee performance appraisal through questionnaire survey and interview,finds out the problems existing in employee performance appraisal in Shaanxi Branch of T company,and further analyzes the causes of these problems;The fourth chapter discusses the improvement scheme of personnel performance appraisal in Shaanxi Branch of T company,provides practical solutions and arranges the appraisal process for each problem found;The fifth chapter puts forward the implementation and guarantee measures of the staff performance appraisal improvement scheme of Shaanxi Branch of T company,so as to escort the promotion of staff performance appraisal of Shaanxi Branch of T company. |
