Research On Core Employee Performance Appraisal Of State-Owned Science And Technology Enterprises

Core employees as the key creators of enterprises value and the headspring of enterprises core competition, have become the hotspot of the scholars and professors out and in abroad increasingly. Presently, there are many research for the enterprise core employees, but the most researches that are based on the theoretic research, haven't form a whole and feasible project about the enterprise core employee management. State-owned science and technology enterprises are one of the most important supporting of our country's economy, and core employees are the most important power of enterprise value creating. However, a majority of state-owned science and technology enterprises haven't fully realized the importance of core employees, yet haven't establish core employee performance appraisal system aimed at core employee. ZTEsoft is a representative state-owned science and technology enterprise, and the problems in the employee performance appraisal of ZTEsoft have the considerable universality and representative. So the research on the employee performance appraisal of ZTEsoft has the very universal significance. This dissertation choose the ZTEsoft as research case to spread research. On the foundation of researching the current performance appraisal of ZTEsoft and analyzing the existent deficiency in it, the dissertation firstly puts forward the distinguish method and step of ZTEsoft core employees; secondly expounds establish method of the system of ZTEsoft core employees performance appraisal KPI; thirdly presents design method of the priority that in key performance indicators in KPI system. Finally, from the reference significance of the research case in it, this dissertation also provides the step and noticed problem when other state-owned science and technology enterprise establish core employee performance appraisal system.
