Taking Shenhua Shengli Opencast performance appraisal system for the study ofreform. Shenhua Group is a leading enterprise in China’s coal industry, but also the largestate-owned enterprises, joint-stock company Shenhua Shengli opencast mine is holding.Performance appraisal system reform through research, to find a suitable enterpriseperformance appraisal system, give full play to its main function, increase the talent toplay a variety of roles, promote enterprise development, enterprise developmentstrategy can be implemented. Reform through performance appraisal system, to resolvea business combination brings a variety of human resource conflicts and crises, andenhance their core competitiveness, achieve development opportunities, seize theopportunity to dominate the market.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic situation of Shengli opencast coal mine andthe current situation of employee performance evaluation, combined with aquestionnaire survey, the results of the analysis, find out the existing problems in theemployee performance appraisal; secondly, through the performance appraisal systemdesign staff, the problem clearly staff performance appraisal index, standard, cycle andmethod etc.. Determine the performance evaluation index weights, obtained mainly bythe level analysis method. Then, may occur for opencast mine in the implementation ofemployee performance appraisal problems during the process of thought, and furtherexplore the similar to opencast mine such large state-owned opencast coal mine, thepractical implementation of staff performance appraisal in when suffering, existingcompany environmental changes influence implementation, staff performance appraisalof employees at all levels of the inadequate attention and evaluation standards do notthe three major difficulties. The author puts forward the corresponding measures, suchas the establishment of specialized staff performance appraisal mechanism, buildemployee performance evaluation platform, the effective implementation of employee performance appraisal of security. Finally, according to the research contents of thispaper are summarized, and points out the places to be improved.
